This place is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Loveland. Always great service, except today. We waited 30 minutes without being offered a menu or even water. Employees stood and acknowledged and still no service. Ended up walking out. Not exactly sure what to think. Going back again will be the ultimate question.

Great choice for Mexican in Loveland.They bring corn chips and refried beans to each table. Select your own level of heat to add at the Salsa bar.Recommend any of the tacos and then sopapillas for dessert.Menudo on weekends.Plenty of parking and wide variety on kids menu.
Went with hubby & daughter to dinner. This was beyond expectations. The mole was authentic. Super smokey and dark, robust with a hint of sweet spice. I ordered a virgin margarita & the waitress didn't hesitate on taking that request; as I've had previous servers respond like they didn't understand what that meant.. or worse: WHY. We really enjoyed this spot. The vibe was chill & everything was fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend.
The food is always delicious when we eat here so that’s nothing new, but recently we used El Cielo to cater our wedding a couple weeks ago and wow! They did such an amazing job! The food was delicious, all of our guests could not stop raving about it. The owner is very professional and the prices are reasonable. We did a fajita bar and it was perfect. We even had a ton of leftovers to bring home, even though we had 250 guests. Definitely consider them if you need some good Mexican catering!
On our way camping. Stopped by and ordered 2 breakfast burritos. 30 minutes later, still no burritos. Asked if it be any longer. Was told that it would be 5 to 10 more minutes due to they were so busy. I counted 9 people total in that place. Have eaten there many times. Thought it was great. But not this time. Being lied to is what sucked the most. I guess it's just too hard to find good help!I will not go there again!!
Super busy ? Nice server guy ? Guacamole tostada yummy Fish taco ? too crispy and shell not what I ordered but okay with small serving of sour cream. Salsa bar was messy. Restroom door was wet and floor dribbled on but highly scented. Happy Hour is popular with giant Margaritas and beer ?.
Service was a bit slow, but it was understandable. It was busy and they were short on staff. The food was good. So if you need a job there's a place that needs employees. As many people is there I'm sure you can make good tips.
Food was very good excellent I would say!! Service was very good waiter very nice checked on us several times even though they were very busy. I will be going there for sure again when I am back in CO to see my son and grandchildren!!
The food is great! Sadly, I can't say the same about the service. The last two times we have been here, we waited anywhere from 10-15 minutes, before WE had to ask for some chips and salsa. Our waitresses (both different the last two times) forgot silverware and our drinks, so we had to ask another waiter for it. Again, the food is great and that's why we keep coming, but that's about it.
