Einsteins bagels is the best food wise.This staff could not accommodate my hour ahead call request to make food with my arrival being at 2:02 pm instead of 2pm sharp close. She wouldn’t accept payment by phone ahead nor keep her register open for 5 xtra minutes. If this is corporate policy please change it. This is Colorado where time is a little looser and people are kinder and more giving. I even called right at 2 to say I’m literally driving in now! ….she could not accept that!!!:(I don’t want Gib’s bagels I want Einstein’s. Drove all the way from foco and she’s giving out free bagels to someone and offered me not one. She tried to be nice which I very much appreciate but it was super unpleasant that no accommodation could be made when I called an hour ahead. An hour. Ahead.
Great breakfast food in my opinion! And (because I'm also a delivery driver) I know most of the city agrees xD despite being slammed some mornings, orders are called out quickly, doesn't matter if I'm picking up for myself or for work, I'm in and out pretty quickly
Good bagels, but it’s time to open your dining room. It’s just an excuse at this point. Would really like to go here for breakfast as a family. Disappointing.
I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, but what I got was smashed bagel not toasted and seemed like they put the whole 16 oz. Of cream cheese on it. When I took a bite it was nothing but cream cheese, I threw the rest away. Also the place looked very dirty and dusty around cashier counter. This place has changed big time.
I like their bagel sandwiches but now but the breakfast burrito. It would be nice to have larger fountain drink cups.
Today my daughter ordered a dozen bagels with cream cheese. She said she didn't want them sliced because over time they'll stay fresher. However, she didn't check the bag until she got home. They were ALL sliced. I called to speak to someone about being more conscientious in filling orders per the customer's request. I was asked, "Well, what do you expect us to do about it? Maybe, it was a miscommunication." I asked for the manager but was told she or he was not there right now. I told her that she could speak with those filling the orders today to pay more attention to customer requests. That's all we wanted. What has happened to customer service today? ? It seems that overnight, food, gas, etc. is a lot more expensive and as customers we would like to get what we're paying for, even bagels.
In what country does this 'brunch' feed 6-8 people?? Why is it so hard to get what you order anymore??
So I got to the store at 1:40pm and the front door was locked (clearly before the advertised closing time). The employees inside saw several different people try the door. I have been frustrated before by the customer service in this store but this is disappointing.
Food is always GOOD! GREAT selection of flavors (schmears)??? Bagels are fresh out of the oven....I used to rave about the service but then Covid hit ???
Busy location especially during the weekend! Very friendly staff and they got our order out fairly quickly for how busy they were . They have a limited coffee menu but the cold brew was very tasty!
