I helped open this branch and worked here for years before I became a stay at home mom and pursued a career. I worked the front and baked. I’ve never had such a bad experience here. Being as I used to work here, I understand busy times and being short handed but my god. I’m truly disappointed with how down hill it’s gone. Waited in the drive through for at least 10 minutes for my order to be taken, not even busy. Second, the cashier had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Highly recommend more training. She was not very professional either. It’s a coffee shop,I don’t expect high quality professionalism but you have to have some sort of customer service work ethic when you work at Dunkin. Truly upsetting to see how downhill this branch has gone. I miss the old Dunkin.

Had free donut on 6/3 got a frozen matcha that was good and a pepper breakfast sandwich was amazing but it took along time waiting I recommend going

Not exaggerating when I say EVERY TIME I TRY to order here in person or from grub hub, they’re mostly out or can’t make any of their food. I give up and will no longer try to order here at all.

I had left a 5 star rating a year ago... but unfortunately this location has changed so much. Major staff turnover leading to super long wait times, orders incorrect, never having items in stock, less friendly, and overall not a good experience. I'm from the East coast so I LOVE Dunkin' so this is incredibly disappointing to me.

The drive thru was a little slow and received the wrong donut. We got the donut for and the food was good. Well worth the wait.

When I say this is the worst establishment in Colorado, I’m not kidding. The first time I tried to come here, I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and got no service. The rude employee kept telling me “just a minute.” Ended up leaving. The second time I tried to come here, they were out of everything. It was at night, so I understood. But this morning, I tried to come here, and they were “out of donuts” at 11 AM? Do you know how to run a business? Your whole business is donuts? How do you “run out?” This place may as well not exist as it practically doesn’t anyways with the customer service that they have in place. Literally don’t waste your time coming here - you’ll regret it.

The last four times we have been to this Dunkin’ Donuts they have been out of chocolate frosted donuts at 9 AM, they have been out of creamer, they have been out of coconut milk, oat milk, and one time they were out of coffee. We have to drive all the way to Fort Collins in order to get what we would like. The management needs to do a better job of ordering ahead so that they have enough supplies.

First time I've had to write a bad review for Dunkin. Drive thru order. I asked for a hot caramel macchiato and 2 choc frosted with sprinkles donuts and asked for the senior discount. I received a Cold drink only. Had 2 reorder the donuts. Got Choc frosted with No sprinkles and no senior discount on anything. I know they have been short staffed but I was Not impressed.

This is the only Dunkin that still offers breve (cream instead of milk.) That is very important to me and I appreciate the extra effort, even if I had to pay extra (which I didn't have to.) Amazing staff, amazing coffee, a great location! Much better than the FoCo location. Keep up the good work!

I got a large french vanilla cappuccino. It was 4.90, barely warm, and mostly foam. I do not recommend them.
