I ordered three deluxe combos with shakes they made the hamburgers perfectly all the condiments were correct and the shakes and fries are delicious. The only thing I would like to see in the future is if they mark each Hamburger when a customer has special condiments. Thank you Culver’s for a wonderful meal ?
I live in California, but was introduced to Culver's by my daughter. I had to get my fix while I was here. Their custard is amazing. I can't even describe the yumminess. It's heaven!Please Culver's, come to California!
Very kind and courtesy, greets us with smiles and a warm welcome. The staff were extremely professional and anytime they walked by they would ask if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Thank you so much for your hard work, the meal was delicious.
I have to be honest and the food is great but more importantly is how the customer service is here. They are ALWAYS super polite, helpful and grateful. Makes the whole experience one of the best around.
Today my family and I visited this Culver's location for the first time. The food and service was great, but I wanted to leave a review specifically because of an interaction we had with a manager. Right before leaving we ordered a Pup Cup and the cashier hadn't rung one up before. We ended up being charged more than we should have (unbeknownst to us) but the manager happened to be standing nearby when he heard the cashier struggling to ring up the order. Rather than embarassing her by calling her out in front of everyone, the manager spoke with us afterward, gave us a coupon for our next visit to comp the extra charge, and spoke with the cashier privately to learn what to do next time. I rarely see this type of situation handled so professionally and wanted to make sure it didn't go unrecognized - this is what excellent service looks like.

1st & last time I'll go there. Very difficult to enter from East or West Eisenhower. Who was the traffic engineer on that one? Girl who took my order didn't know squat about the options. Screwed up the order! Really?No fries with the burger? Didn't check till I got home. Oh, I see, my fault for no checking the order. Rrriiight. Mark me down for never going there again.
I ended up in drive thru about 5 minutes to close the other night. I figured the staff would be unhappy, I was wrong. The food quality was as good, if not better them when they are fully staffed. This is a good operated business.
We ordered food from the drive thru at Loveland Culver’s today and ordered 7 items. After driving back to the house, it was discovered that one burger was missing. We called immediately and spoke to three different people (two whom were supposedly managers) to request that we be refunded for the missing burger. The last manager (Alex) insisted that we must return to the restaurant in person in order to get a refund for a $4 burger. We are expected to load up the children and drive 30 min round trip to be refunded. What poor customer service. Needless to say, we will never return to Culver’s in Loveland again. Luckily Wendy’s isn’t far, and they will get our fast food burger business moving forward.
Love Culver’s but this location can’t get it together. I’ve been quiet a few times since they opened and EVERY single time I’ve visited my order is ALWAYS wrong! I’ve been back after getting home or driving off because they forgot an item in my bag and it’s getting ridiculous. From now on I’ll be driving out to Johnstown for my food.
