One of my favorite things at CB is chicken fried chicken, but it’s a lot about the gravy. We ordered take out and there was no gravy on the mashed potatoes and barely any gravy on the chicken fried chicken. And ,of course, it’s take-out so you can’t ask your waitress for more. Disappointing. I do expect better service from Cracker Barrel.

I had the delicious country fried steak and green beans, with mashed potatoes and gravy. Amanda was a fabulous waitress and made our meal extra special with her humor and attention. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves very much and will be back!

So many good thing too order. Went with the Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. Service was very good and food price wasn’t bad at all.

Don't have this restaurant chain at home, so it was nice to find one in Colorado that we could go to to eat dinner. All meals were enjoyed (meatloaf, chicken and spicy prawns) and the sides were good (broccoli, green beans, mash, hash). Staff were busy but lovely.

We like to eat at Cracker Barrel occasionally and usually enjoy a great dinner. This time I ordered the country fried chicken and was quite disappointed. It was extremely overcooked and dry, not like I've had in the past. I could manage to eat the thigh and breast even though it was like eating jerky but the drumstick and wing were inedible. Very disappointed this time. On the positive side, Fletcher gave us very good service and was very friendly. I will probably order something different next time.

We used to love this Cracker Barrel, but our latest visit left us feeling disappointed. They seemed to be out of everything. The service also was lack luster. It was only after most of our food was at the window that they told my husband his entree wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes. They made him feel like it was his fault food was dying in the window and he needed to pick a different meal. He decided to wait for his entree and said that they could bring out the other food. When they did miraculously his entree would be out shortly. Only for the manager to come out and tell us they had dropped his meal coming out of the oven and that he needed to order a different meal. The manager did comp his meal, but still was a disappointment.

Tried everything on the promotion page, shown on my photo. Next time, I would opt to double down on bacon instead of getting sausage. I'm not typically a fan of pancakes, but the crispy edge of their griddle cooked pancakes are delicious! Also, this Fruit Stand Sweet Tea should be a menu staple instead of only making a return! It was extremely flavorful!

We eat at Cracker Barrels all over the country and they are all good. Huge selection. Biscuits and gravy are amazing. Fish is good. Hash brown Potato casserole is very tasty. Store is too tempting too.

Fast seating, good food. Had an issue the previous time we ordered food (missing items), called the store and they apologized, said they would add my phone number to a list to be compensated our next time in. When we went to pay this time I mentioned it to the clerk, who seemed puzzled. She called the manager who immediately took 50% off our bill. No questions, no judgement, they just took care of us.

I have ate here quite a few times in the past and have always enjoyed the experience.Recently dropped in for lunch. They were quite busy but still managed to get us in quickly. Service was good and my wife told me that her lunch was good. My lunch had some problems. Two side dishes were cold, chicken was hot. Peach tea was excellent! To their credit, they comped me my lunch and apologized. They handled it well. I will go back.
