Great place to get mildly cold milk from.. I'll continue to support Dairy Queen. This place is a joke.

Seriously disappointed!My first time ever having cold stone and while it tastes excellent, it was milk-mess in 3 minutes. Didn't even make it to the van before it melted.May as well have been excellent coffee creamer, or a milkshake?Sadly, i won't be going back.
Maybe invest in a better freezer? Not sure how many times the pre packaged quarts were re-frozen but I've never paid so much for freezer-burned ice cream. The "cheesecake" ice cream was literally vanilla ice cream, pre-made grahmcracker crust and frozen fruit you can probably make 2 gallons at home for what I paid for a pint.
Ordered delivery, received wrong items. No utensils or napkins. Ice cream was spilled all over the bag. Not to mention, if you want a Sugar Cone, you’ll have to pay $99.99?
Slow even when busy. Store closes early often. Online orders are refused. Poor customer service.

Ordered delivery off their website, website told me that my card and my moms card were declined, i look on my card and have been charged for the order. Called and was told money couldnt be returned but if we drove down there they would make our order, the promise was delivered on and was given 2 ice cream sandwhiches as compensation. Sadly the milkshakes in the end were horrible there was to much milk added so they ended up being just flavoured milk rather then being milkshakes.
Terrible. Every time I’m delivering for grubhub, they are lazy. I always have to fix things so they don’t spill.Just ordered my own delivery order and again, lazy. They sent us a small shake when we ordered the larger one, sent us a waffle cone instead of a waffle cup and didn’t read the cookie sandwich flavors we wanted.You cannot only hire lazy teenage girls and expect your customers to get their orders right. Never ordering again.
Not happy about paying premium pricing for small quantity. Gotta have it Mint Mint Chocolate did not even get over top of cup. REALLY?
The staff at this location is always great, friendly, and accommodating. Ice cream is great. Shakes are the best in town. Highly recommend.
