I have loved Chipotle since 2002. This location does it right with fresh meat, salsa, and other ingredients.
We come to this location often! We left Chipotle! I sometimes feel bad for the workers because they have a lot to keep up with between the online orders and the people waiting in line. They are often out of at least one meat when we go. I think they have a hard time keeping up with the amount of people coming in and out! Not necessarily their fault though they need a couple more people working.
I came in for my first meal after being out of prison and was surprised with how pleasantly I was greeted. Now whenever I think about your chipotle I begin to shake with joy and I just can’t hold in my tears of happiness. Last time I came in I ate α burrito of lettuce and sour cream. My taste buds were exploding with flavor as I have not had many good meals while in prison. I tipped your cashier and he did α little happy dance for me which filled me with joy. There was also somebody working the line and the grill at the same time. It is great still see hard workers like that. The only sad part of my visit is when I got α ticket for parking in one of those spots with the wheelchair on it. I still don’t completely get what I did wrong but you might want to check that out. Very good customer service and very quick at making the food. Employees were extremely nice.
new crew of guys , especially neck beard? , skimp on ingredients like it’ll come out of their paychecks. been coming here for the past year & the past 3 bowls i’ve gotten are scary light. cmon now.
? Mask freaks! Will not allow you to eat here. My two year old and 4 year old and I were kicked out. The kids were basically crying when they forced us out the door. I was a customer since 1998.
I come here all the time. Its delicious and the workers are always so nice and friendly. One of my favorite places to go!!
Good service decent food. Walked in without a mask got all the way up to the line was told can't order without a mask but we could walk back through and order from the dining room just to go to the counter to pick it up. What a world we live in.
I went to this chipotle location and that was a terrible mistake on my part. The signs read that employees must ask you about a mask. I read the sign and went along because i’m not wearing a mask ever again even through a mandate. One of the guys in the line before me went through the line so i didn’t see any problems with myself. I get up to the counter and i see in the back two employees with masks under their chins not covering their faces. The employee working the counter asked me if i had a mask and i said no. He then asked if i had a mask in my car and i said no. He then said he couldn’t help me if i don’t have a mask. I then told him that a guy ahead of me didn’t have a mask and he still went though the line just fine. He said well you still have to have a mask. So i left. I won’t be going to the fall river drive location again. If you guys won’t have your employees wear masks correctly or choose not to ask every customer then do not do it at all!
