I stopped ordering here months ago because I would order through the app get double chicken pick it up get home and either it would have no chicken or almost no chicken and the bowl would barely be half full. In desperation I ordered again today and they put a massive amount of beans in it when the order specifically called for no beans. I swear they just make what ever they feel like with the online orders. Next time I’ll just make the 20 minute drive to the one on Harmony in Fort Collins. They have yet to screw up my order and are fantastic where I’m pretty sure I haven’t had a single order right at this location.

We have been to this Chipotle a handful of times in the past few months. The staff is generous with portion sizes and when I walk in around 5pm I ALWAYS catch a staff member cleaning something in the kitchen. This is one of the only chipotle restaurants that has never made me sick-fingers crossed it continues to be my go to!
They didn't send everything we ordered and you can no longer reach the store but have to hold 20 minutes to get a rep who is rude and not helpful. Chipotle's used to be good food good customer service they now don't have either one anymore we're done with Chipotle.
Arrived right as they were unlocking the doors at 10:45 a.m. and they were not ready to serve food, they were still making stuff so I waited a few minutes. The food prep counters and counter between the front and back grilling area were filthy from what seemed to be food from the night before, they were adding fresh ingredients into pans of old ingredients, so nasty, I walked out. Will never go back so gross.
We ordered catering for 20 people. We ordered everything including salad, chips, veggies and cheese sauce. We were assured that the food would stay warm "for at least 4 hours they way we provide it to you."We asked for it to be ready by 3pm, which it was. It was all sitting on the counter waiting for us. I asked if we got everything and were told yes. The employees were busy socializing, as it was not busy. I asked a second time after taking 3 giant boxes to the car myself. There were plenty of kids thT were nit busy and could have helped. They failed to give us the chips and another family member had to give back.We ordered food for 20. The meat, cheese sauce and veggies were enough for 10. The rest was enough for 40.We will be going somewhere else next time.
Well I was a little disappointed that there was no buffaloe chicken but you live you learn. I had the steak burrito and my friend had the pork one. Both were delicious and worth the money. The workers were good. All in All a good experience so there you have it.
No rice or steak available. Burrito was wrapped like trash and the guac was brown. Don't go to this chipotle
It was great again. I'm sorry Qdoba but the flavor of this place it's far better the staff still friendlier. The only thing I have to say is that hey ask for no hot sauce after I asked which ones were the hottest and he ended up being the hottest on because of miscommunication I could have gotten a different burrito made but I didn't want to waste the food it was a two-part burrito half of it the first day and half of it later on for dinner because it was so spicy but still so good
Looking at the reviews it seems this place has gone down hill the last couple months. We eat chipotle about 3 times a week. This store doesn't seem to want to give you proper portions, tonight I learned part of their problem. The girl that helped me was TRAINING and I watched her take the scoop of chicken and split it between my 2 burritos, then argued with me that it's how it's done and if I want the full scoop I'd get charged double. If the new people are being trained this way it's no wonder they have an issue. The manager needs to start doing their job and nip this in the bud. Horrible experience, especially when thei trainer wants to argue with me, then hurry me out the door so she can help the next customer she was waving at while she was helping me. I'll just go to the other store In town and recommend that to evryoneone...
I usually love this place, but the last couple times the sofritas didn't sit well with me. Otherwise, always fills you up and a very tasty lunch!
