This is the worst Chili's that I've ever been to. Now the food is pretty standard for a Chili's, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly. But the wait is ridiculous.It doesn't matter if they are busy or not, this place is going to take two hours of your day. They will have open tables everywhere and they will still give an hour wait time. It seems to be a kitchen issue, or maybe a staffing issue, I'm honestly not sure.All I can say is I've given this place multiple chances and I'm not going back anytime soon.

-Food Poisoning Warning-We had a late dinner here with our two young children. They enjoyed the pizza and Mac & cheese off the kids menu. They also had some milk as well. The next morning neither of them were interested in eating as they were vomiting up their dinner.I did attempt to call the restaurant to inform them of this, to prevent future customers having the same experience. But I was transferred twice and left on hold for half a hour. I decided to just hang up and I had to attend to two sick children. Wouldn’t wish this for anyone so I decided to leave this review to warn others. Plenty of other food options in this area.
service was great, but almost walked out when we where seated by Rita a robot. Chili's what are thinking so in personal.I refuse to go to place that replaces smiling face with machine.
Went in the other day after work because I was craving a good, old fashioned cheeseburger with hot French fries (can’t get those on delivery or take-out). Got seated in the bar area. Service was ok; not many people in the bar yet, as it was only 5 o’clock. Ordered the Old Timer cheeseburger with fries. I had ordered it in the past and it was really good. This time, instead of a burger I could sink my teeth into, it was as flat as a pancake; kinda like the ones at Freddie’s (which I don’t like). The flavor was good and the fries were hot, but I left feeling a little un-satisfied. I don’t remember what it said on the menu, as I ordered off of history. With inflation, everything is getting smaller, even a cheeseburger. ?

During dining at the Chili's Loveland for lunch, experience loud rock annoying music And when asked to turn it down was met with dirty looks from a ball headed person allegedly the manager. While dining we observed a young woman bus a table and only wipe it down with a dry paper towel, not using disinfectant that was present. We were met with dirty looks from some of the employees including the alleged manager who never came forward to answer our concerns. We will no longer dine at this chili's in Loveland.
Consistently good food and service. Decent draft beer selection. New menu is harder to read. Restaurant is sometimes short staffed on servers and may have unexpected wait time. Call ahead seating or get in line on App not supported. Recommended.
They made me a drink called Unique! It was sooooo good! Our waiter was sooooooo cool! We enjoyed our food, it was so filling I couldn't finish it!
Been to many different Chili's, mainly in Oklahoma. I was so excited to come here since we hadn't been since moving here recently. Asked for a booth because it's more comfortable. We have two adults and 3 small kids. We were told we were not able to sit in a booth because we were a party of five. They claimed it was a fire hazard so they seated our family near the bar. Can someone give me the city code for this? Then on top of that I asked for salad dressing on the side and got a salad drenched in dressing and the quesadillas were not freshly made. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the waitress very friendly and the remade salad was much better.
There was a wait when we arrived, however it was no more than 15 minutes. We were greeted upon arrival. The waiting area was a bit small, but they were crowded. We were greeted immediately when we sat down at our table. The menu has a lot of variety, and the items were very reasonably priced compared to other chain restaurants. Our server was excellent, and very attentive. I had a hamburger, which was cooked precisely to order, and was great tasting. The fries were okay, and better than most chain restaurants. The strawberry lemonade was excellent!. The overall experience was very pleasant, and the prices were comparable or even much lower than other chain restaurants, but the food was MUCH better. Highly recommended.
