$23 dollars worth of food. Asked for ketchup, and received ONE packet! That’s almost like an F-you isn’t it?

Frustrated. I don't often eat breakfast out, but when I do I usually want something specific off a menu. I stopped for 3 sausage and egg biscuits this morning and left with no receipt for my cash payment and a wrong order. I was given 2 sausage cheese biscuits and one of my requested after facing a cashier who seemed to struggle with the menu buttons and the fast food window she was running. We went inside to avoid the window line and regret it already. I asked for 3 sausage and egg NO CHEESE twice, she tried to confirm "two egg and cheese?" And I said NO, three sausage and egg NO cheese. She struggled to plug it in, had a confused expression and then gave me my total. I paid, she quickly took off and returned later with my wrong order and still no receipt with the bag. If I hadn't been on my way to work i would have turned around right away when I opened up my breakfast. Glad they didn't mess up my pop's biscuit at least. Please learn to listen to what your people are ordering, nor whatever your promo is for the month that you think is easier to plug in.
Super friendly. Always accurate. I love that they put my creamer and sugar in a separate bag.
This afternoon 1 pm may 22 I went thru the drive thru and waited for no answer there was no closed signs anywhere but no one was at the store and people are coming corporate should talk to the branch owners here to keep an eye on their restaurant also tried calling the in store phone and no answer so someone just ditched their job today
Not open??? Nothing on the building doors or drive thru to indicate why they wouldn't be open on a Sunday at 5:30pm. Hours posted on the building state they should be open.
Grew up on CJ'S in So Cal and have never been disappointed. Food is great for fast food. Its just overshadowed by In&Out.
Disgusting!! I had the Superstar hamburger my wife had the charbroiled Chicken club the hamburger and fries will so dry I couldn't even eat them my wife couldn't chew the chicken cuz it was so rubbery she said it felt like there was a bouncy ball in her mouth never again while I ate at this restaurant gross nasty I would rather go to the generic hamburger stand and eat this restaurant ever again!!!!!
Normally decent food but last couple times have been old fries and dry chicken sandwiches
1st Carl's Jr ive been to that I would call absolute garbage. Usually they are my staple for lunches. I've tried this one twice already and won't be back a 3rd time. The employees act like they hate their jobs and seem put out when I got frustrated it took 10 minites to make my sandwich.Wendy's is right across the street, eat there. Or Qdoba. This Carl's Jr is trash.
