5/5 Stars! Tayler was amazing! She was so helpful, kind, and patient with my large family/kids order. She helped us join My Rewards so I could get a better deal on my kids meals and ice cream for everyone. The outdoor seating was clean and we enjoyed eating outside. Dining area was open but it was a beautiful day. Bathrooms were clean, older but clean. Food was fresh and quick. Honestly, just from the customer service I'd come to this location again. ?????
Did is great but service is jaded and the addicts hanging around make for an unenjoyable experience. I know the establishment can't do much about that so I'm giving it a bonus star.Stick to the drive in and pretend like the staff are friendly. Then you can have a good meal, otherwise it's lacklustre.
We've always had such a great experience here. The staff is nice, the food is great and the price matches the quality. It's kind of pricey, but worth it. I always recommend good fast food since many can suck, but like I said, this location is amazing! Do check it out if you can!
Carl's Jr. is always a special treat for my wife and I. We were lucky enough to meet Carl Karcher back in California in the 80's and he was a true gentleman! Carl's Jr. is a class act! Thank you Carl's Jr.! ❤️
This place is great the workers are very nice and out of all the Carl's Jr I have been to this is the best one I highly recommend this restaurant
Horrible experience. I went through the drive through to pick up an order for a door dash customer. Got yelled at after saying "I'm here to pick up an order for persons name" such a super strange experience. Apparently she was angry about something Door Dashers are doing and had to yell at me even though it has nothing to do with me personally. Could've been handled way differently. She seems like a mean spirited person. She could've said "I'm gonna have to have you come inside to get orders" in a nicer tone. I didn't deserve that kind of treatment at all. I won't be getting orders from this place and I'll definitely never eat here personally. It's not hard to act decent. Especially to someone who did nothing to you.
Food is good but that location needs an update stat! It's a throwback to the early 90s with literally nothing going on. We were the only ones sitting in the restaurant on a Friday night.
Been here a few times recently, and the food is really good. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The food had been fresh and delicious, so I will be visiting again. I ended up trying the triple western bacon burger, and it was spot on!
Redrop/reheat on everything. I understand the employee shortage and have no problem waiting for safe, edible food. I feel bad for the employee working, but the health department needs to start looking into these situations.
