The menu had changed from what I remember or maybe I'm remembering it wrong either way the menu is huge. That's just for one side (Chinese)the other side (Japanese hibachi) was completely full and had a pretty substantial wait. The menue over there is pretty much what is expected with some sushi as well. The Chinese food was good and cooked as menu described. The Service was not great, not bad! Just not great or maybe it was pretty good considering there was only one server for the entire Chinese side.

Not doing so well these days. Service was slow and the food was just okay. Crab Rangoon was frozen store bought and not worth the prices they ask. Plates in poor shape (chipped) plastic carafe broken. Sad to see since we've been eating here since 2003. The new owner cuts corners everywhere. Restrooms are gross. And, the floors leading to the front desk were so sticky, why wife thought I had farted when I pulled up my foot.Forgot to mention the fact that I was there celebrating my birthday. The other person in my party mentioned that to the wait person. She never bothered to ask what I wanted for my birthday dessert. Guess they're too cheap to do that these days as well.Don't eat here and if you do, only get take out!

absolutely disgusting meal. we have had several good meals here but tonight it was awful. we spent $44.00 for 2 meals and I couldn't eat a bite it was so bad. wish I could add a photo. veggie entree with no veggies. smelled fishy and looked very unappetizing.Sadly, no offers were made to rectify the situation. We will not return :(

Very frustrated! Placed an order totaling $63 for 4 people - 3 should have included rice. After driving 20 min home and opening up our order every one was missing the rice. I called and they said rice is "free" so really nothing they could do but we could drive back and get it. At this point, we just want to eat dinner. They did finally offer a free "soup" for next time we come, but we'll never be back.

I used to like their lo mein but the last couple of times I ordered it, the dish was covered in so much oil. Oil would pool at the bottom of the takeout container. The flavor had gone down as well. The portion size and amount of chicken was always good.

As this is the Covid Era of restaurant dining, the wife and I normally order takeout from their excellent mixed Asian menu. This time however, we decided to dine in and try the hibachi side of the restaurant. We arrived early, around 4:30pm and were seated by ourselves. There was already a large party of 8 at a nearby hibachi table and they looked like they were having a terrific time so we were excited to see what Canton Palace's Osaka Hibachi offered. There was a large selection of various steaks, vegetables and seafoods on the menu. The wife chose salmon and d allows and I chose shrimp and tenderloin. Although we were seated alone, we didn't have to wait long for our chef. Our waitress was very attentive and our chef did not disappoint. From an onion volcano to flipping shrimp through the air for us to catch in our mouths, our chef was fun and entertaining. The food was excellent and I have to day the tenderloin was the best I have ever eaten at any restaurant, hands down. My wife loved her salmon and scallops and the chef prepared all our portions exactly as we requested. My shrimp was also perfect and the fried rice was wonderful as well. We knew from our takeout experiences prior how good the food was, but to experience it on the restaurant and have it fresh was a treat. I can't recommend Canton palace enough, the traditional side and the hibachi side are both wonderful! Do your family and yourself a favor and the next time you're in the mood for Asian cuisine, stop by the Canton Palace!

We had dinner here. On valentines day. I had the orange peel chicken. It was a huge plate of food, with a bowl of rice. My girlfriend had the same size meal. I almost fell out of my booth. When the bill was under $40.Let me add. It tasted absolutely wonderful, the service was prompt and no wait for a table.

The food we ordered was pretty typical to American Chinese. The food was good, but what set our experience apart was our server. She was amazing. I wish I had caught her name but didn't. The server set our experience apart.

Highly recommended, great food and adorable. My personal favorite is the sesame chicken. the hibachi side is a wonderful treat for the whole family. You will not be disappointed.

Very bad customer service! The lady that was my family’s waitress was nice. Other than that, the guy that supposedly took the payment is very rude. He expected & demanded a tip. My dad was nice enough to tip them.. but then the guy that’s running the restaurant said “yes, give me some cash” & was desperately wanting a tip. I really think these guys should have some respect & courtesy for customers!
