Waiting at the drive thru line about 5 minutes, no one ever came on to ask what we wanted to order. Drove around and the drive thru window was open but no one was there. This location started great at first but has gone down hill fast!
Used to be a good location, but going downhill fast. Had several issues in the last month.I asked for a refund for my cold (not even room temp) food today and was told that was not possible. I asked them to remake it instead and was informed when given attempt #2 that they "threw it in the microwave to make sure it was extra hot". Flame-broiled goodness. My burger was indeed hot, but they had forgotten to give me my fries.Won't be back again.
My husband stopped in yesterday around noon, ordered a fish sandwich and 8 hours later ended up with food poisoning! Is it really that hard to cook fast food properly and with items that aren't expired!?(It's not just this one that we have had issues with, so please be cautious of the burger king's in town, they don't always cook the food properly almost all employees working don't care and act like their job is so hard to do!)
**** DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE ****This place is never open at night anymore. They seem to close whenever they want. I've come by at 9pm , 10pm and 11pm and all times in between and they either don't respond to the drive thru speaker or have an excuse for needing to close early. Can't believe a GM or Corporate doesn't find out.All my friends and family now just automatically go to the one all the way down on Eisenhower even though we live up north.
You shouldn't have to wait over 20 minutes and get two orders wrong before you get a chicken sandwich. That is definitely not made fresh.
I'll try to keep this short. I ordered BK through DoorDash for my husband who came home on his lunch break - I was hoping to time it to show up right when he got here. I ordered it about 30 minutes before he would arrive. 30 minutes into him being home (so an hour since order placed), the order still hadn't been picked up. I canceled the Doordash and sped to the BK to see if I could get it myself. The young female manager (I didn't catch her name, I was in a bit of panic) told me that I showed up to wrong BK but that she would place my order and make it as fast as she could. She had me rung up and out the door in literally 5 minutes while helping with other orders as well! Give that girl a raise, she's amazing!
My wife and I pulled into the drive thru (there was one person in front of us) and we waited close to ten minutes with the person in front of not moving (the drive thru kiosk signs were on and Google shows this location closes at midnight). During this time we saw an employee get out his car and go in (there did not seem to be other cars parked close to this Burger King.)After a bit we decided to try the second drive thru kiosk (we assumed the person in front of us was talking his time). We pulled up to the second drive thru kiosk and waited an addition five minutes with no response from anyone inside.After the five minutes the person that was in front of us pulled up to the drive thru window and we watched the other person wait a little bit and then he came out the other side of the drive thru with a look that told us he did not get service and threw his hands up in the air with frustration.After that we drove off and did not see any lights on in the building.Not sure what the employee(s) were doing in the build one thing is true, they did not help paying customers.I have been to this location in the past with no issues, hopefully the owner or manager reads this.John
Only 1 worker here is any good. Constantly closing early. Should have put a different fast food here cause burger king employees are always garbage.
We walked in to this very busy place after a group of construction workers today. There were three staff members handling drive through, cooking and counter. They were amazing to watch as they efficiently took care of everyone in a timely manner. The stress I am sure was rough but these ladies were friendly, courteous and fast. I wanted to send out a thumbs up for their great work. The only reason I didn't give it a five rating is there was no ice. But they did not have time to refill. Great job ladies.
The worker there today (may 3rd, 22 @ around 9:30am) was amazing! The sandwiches look better than they have and she was very polite and professional! Not sure what her name was but thank you for a great experience!
