Our waitress Lexi gave us the best service that we have had anywhere in Colorado. The wings were crispy and delicious and the drinks where perfect.

Really disappointed with the service and lack of care from the staff Took 2 hours to get our food we never got the starter we ordered and my wife never received her food at all. We ended up paying for our drinks amd walking out without eating.
Tried to go in tonight to watch game 5 of the NHL finals. Got a table outside. No one came to help us. Tracked down a server she said she would tell the server. 10-20 min later. No one. Tracked down another server. Ordered our drinks, and some apps. Though things were going to be good from there. Runners kept bringing us random food not ours that we didn't order. Tables around us all having similar issies. Still no drinks. We tried to tough it out as it was kinda busy and they might be down staff. Left after an hour. Walked in 540 ish left right about 650.Most of the tables around us were all having similar issues but got drinks and some got some food. The server we asked to help us was super nice. Wish we would have been at her table looks like her tables were well cared for. We considered ordering online but there was alot of people waiting for their orders and from the sound of it were 20+ min behind.Horrible service. No one even noticed we left.Edit. After reading the reviews looks like long existing customer service issues. Massive customer service issues usually the result of underpreforming Manger or owner.
It wasn't the best BWW I've been to unfortunately. The beer was good and the service was decent which is good.The wings just weren't up to par this time. They were fully cooked but they just didn't have the usual texture and almost seemed soggy which was odd. Maybe it was just an off day. I'm not in the area often but I'll probably give them another shot.
We love wings, and make it a point to try each new restaurant that opens. Try as hard as we may, we can’t find a sauce that we love more than BWW’s Mango Habanero. Good-sized wings, not terribly expensive. The fries could stand to be a bit crispier, but that’s our only complaint.
Went here and enjoyed the food, the only thing that made me uncomfortable was a waiter who kept running his hands through his hair. He would then handle cups and silverware, kinda made a little queezy. Hope they address that health violation.
Our waitress Toddy was the nicest waitress I’ve ever had! She was so friendly and willing to go out of her way to help us!!!
The food was good the service was super friendly only part that sucked was the food came out 1 order at a time I was out with my ma and she had gotten her meal - a sandwich - and was done eating 20 minutes before my dozen wings came and my ma eats super slow still it was a good time good company and good waitress
This place isnt even deserving of 1 star in my opinion. Today was the second time we have gone here hoping that the first horrible experience was just a fluke but we were wrong. They don't bring food out at the same time, everyone in my group (which was only 4 of us) got our food at different times. My daughter said her mac and cheese was disgusting, when i tried it, it was ice cold. My sons side of mac n cheese came out the exact same way. They sent it back to remake it and this time was barely even warm. My son lost his appetite and didnt eat, my daughter took 1 bite and pushed it away. They did offer to take the items off the bill which was nice but i was not happy paying a $70 bill plus tip for us to basically eat mozzarella sticks and fries and drinks. And yes i did still tip our waitress decently because she was not the one back in the kitchen. I highly recommend avoiding this place
Ordered 3 entrees. 45 minutes later one came out. Then 20 minutes later our server came over with a manager and asked what the rest of our order was. Pretty quickly the second entrée came then about 10 minutes later the third finally came. Would have thought that after being patient for that long they would have offered to do something to make it right. Nope. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 (or really 0 if I could) because the server was nice and stayed on top of it and noticed when the two entrees were forgotten.
