The ramen is so flavorful and the rice bowls are delicious. My grulled tuna was cooked to perfection and the ramen egg melted in your mouth. They bao buns and yakitori are also delicious and well seasoned.
The food is sooooooo good!!! Went last night for the first time and had to come back today! Our waitress was super nice! And the price is not bad at all
The best ramen around! This was the very first place I came to try ramen. It was so amazing. I've since tried about four or five different places and was disappointed every time because none of them could match up to this location! My favorite! Service is great. I love their spicy chicken broth. Most of the other ramen places I went to the broth was either tasteless, overwhelming smell of pork, or tasted like some sort of seaweed water. Came back for the second time yesterday with my daughter and it was so satisfying. This picture is their Spicy Kaarage Chicken ramen doesn't do it much justice but it was delicious ??
We have now been to this restaurant twice and have been very happy with both experiences. The first time, we had a party of eight (that the restaurant had a difficult time accommodating on short notice, and I cannot fault them for that. It is a small space), but it was well worth the squeeze; the second visit was with our two toddlers. The menu has someone for everyone; you could easily make a full meal of their appetizers alone (the Kobe beef buns are not to be missed! And the katsu is crispy and flavorful... I could go on). The atmosphere is cozy and casual, and the manager/proprietress is friendly, personable, and frankly delightful. I want to go back every day.
The ramen is my favorite. always has a good flavor and the meat is nice and tender. Definitely recommend this place.
Bummer, kind of a let down. I ordered takeout extra spicy tonkatsu and mild tonkatsu with extra mushroom. They weren’t busy, told me 20 minutes. There were four or five teens working the kitchen and only one adult—no ramen masters back there. I live five minutes away. The noodles were a conglomerated mess. The soup is separate which is nice. I really had to work the noodles with the chopsticks to separate them. They were overcooked. Tonkatsu really didn’t have that much depth. And the Chashu was some version of Carnitas pork that they put some color on in a pan—and stringy. Braised pork belly Chashu should be sliced and the color comes from a soy bath. Egg was all wrong. Maybe focus on cranking out good ramen and bag the rest of the menu. For $28 bones, I expected way better.
We went in craving some ramen and sushi , this whole experience wasn't that bad but definitely something I won't be doing again , we asked for the peach sake ended up getting the regular draft one , we got it fixed . First mistake no big deal . Second , we get our food and I asked for no spicy miso soup as I cannot do spicy food due to medical conditions, I ended up getting spicy soup and I couldn't finish it at all ; super disappointed but didn't wanna make a big deal . The bill come in and it totals out to 111.18 , I thought that due to my experience in this restaurant was more a a 10$ tip experience, but the server didn't think that , she came back and asked for more money . Which was rude , and made me really uncomfortable and it was inconvenient for me. She asked for more money which is blatantly disrespectful she got the order wrong twice and yet she felt like she deserved more . I'm really disappointed. And I will not be coming back here
Delicious creative Japanese food! Taste and environment are sophisticated, yet prices are affordable. Has a large menu of ramen, sushi, and more. I want to come back and try it all. Also, a good and rare place for vegetarian eats in Loveland. Don’t worry, plenty of meats too. It’s a gem!
Best ramen in Northern Colorado! Small place so plan a little ahead but it's worth it even if you have to wait a couple minutes for a spot. Great service, drinks, and sushi was great, too. You gotta go!
GREAT FOOD but SUPER disappointed with service. We found Bowl Izakaya during summer of 2021 and became regular online customers over the following months, often ordering through Google weekly for pickup. For quite a while this was our favorite dinner place. Then, in Feb 2022, we had our first bad experience - we got the emails and text messages that our order had been received and was ready for pickup (as usual) but it wasn't ready when we arrived. The staff asked for my name SEVEN times and insisted on seeing both the text messages and the emails, as if we were trying to pull a fast one. Then eventually they found it in the system, noted it had been missed, told us to wait for it and disappeared. 10 minutes later, we went home with food, but no further interaction with staff. Okay fine. Mistakes happen. However, less than a week later, I decided to give them another shot - their food really is good. The EXACT same thing happened - got confirmation emails and texts, order wasn't even in the system. The staff member I spoke with was defensive of the automated system (saying it was working as expected because it automatically sends the "ready for pickup" email and text 15 minutes after the order is placed... unrelated to if the restaurant has acknowledged receipt) rather than trying to make the customer experience better. Then told me that I needed to stop ordering through Google (as we'd been doing for more than 6 months) and order through the website because they'd recently changed online order providers. I feel like getting the system working through Google is part of that transition, not something, I, as a customer, should know. There was no attempt to make the user experience better - we were basically told we used the wrong system which was our mistake. We asked for a refund since our food wasn't ready again. The staff isn't empowered to do that. We asked for an owner / manager to contact us and the server took down our name and number. It's been a number of days, we haven't heard from the owner and we received a $2 refund with no explanation.I'm super disappointed.I still highly recommend their food, but would only suggest eating there in person as their online integrations for carry out (and likely delivery) aren't reliable and making the customer experience better when something goes awry doesn't seem to be a priority to management.
