Thank you to Dale for resolving an issue I had a few months ago with a poorly made pizza I received. I had to find your contact info from another person's complaint, wish you would have responded to mine.
Whoever "manages" and/or responds to these online reviews is not the one answering the phone/making the order/or delivering...."my condolences, it's never been like this, must have been the driver, pretty confusing order, etc." Thank you for your heartfelt comments. Look at the reviews and tell me you have "satisfied customers".....someone ordered 12 times and complained about 10 of them!!!! Personally, I'm stopping at 3 (out of 4).
I absolutely love their Jackpot pizza and their antipasto salad. They are a bit pricey but if you download their app and order off of it you accrue points towards free pizza.
So to preface, I am giving it a five star comparing it to other chain delivery pizza places. I really like Blackjack. They have more topping options than the other big chains, they’re cheaper and really fast. The staff is always really friendly. The salads are actually really good which is surprising because pizza place salads normally aren’t.
Idk what happened to this place but last few times I ordered it's been horrible the wait was forever for something that wasnt even eatable. Called to get the situation fixed and the manager just listed a bunch of excuses and blamed it on the driver. They sent round 2 pizzas and they were just about the same as the first. I don't understand why anyone would want to serve a pizza when half of it didn't have anything on it.
This place can’t get an order straight ever!!! They are very rude and disrespectful. I used to order from them all the time. I feel like the last dozen times I’ve ordered, 10 of the orders have been messed up. Then they try to talk to me like I’m incompetent. I would try my very best to get everyone to boycott this place because that’s not how to run a business. I will absolutely never ever ever order from these unprofessional,disrespectful and rude people ever again. I will always tell anyone and everyone about my experience with this so-called business. Blackjack pizza has literally gone down the tubes.
I haven't had black Jack pizza in about 12 yrs we moved to Windsor and there's not a lot of options for pizza places. Anyway we recently moved to this area of Loveland. And theres a black Jack down the way. Over the summer I left a review for this place and I was so happy to leave a 5 star. Unfortunately I've come back to edit my review. I wish I could say it was still amazing. But the last 3 times we've ordered it was horrible. The delivery was still fast but the pizza it's self? Were do I start?. A few short words overcooked very sloppily put together I'm still leaving three stars because the manager corrected the problem without question thank you I hope it's just as good as it used to be sorry hopefully I can change my post soon only time will tell. The cinnamon bread and cheese bread was great .
Every time I order for delivery, I get exactly what I want and it’s very fast!This is my go-to for gluten free crust!
