I was expecting more. Average if that. Minestrone was all broth no veg or anything did not eat. Food was lacking flavor. Garlic? Still better than Pinocchios across the highway. Lasagna and chicken Parmesan 18.00 and some change

I called to make reservations for our rehearsal dinner that is coming up in just over 2 weeks. I had the pleasure of working with Hallie Bull, she was so incredibly helpful. She answered my call immediately and was able to answer all of my questions completely. I found her to be super knowledgeable and easy to work with. The best part though is that by the time I was half way through the conversation I felt like I had found my new best friend. She showed empathy and excitement for my big day and the stresses that go along with it. She made me feel like a valued guest and not someone who was wasting her time. After setting up everything for my rehearsal dinner I went ahead and talked to her about the possibility of setting up a standing reservation for my business mastermind group. She was so efficient at determining when the room was available and what amenities we would need. This interaction with Hallie made me wonder why on earth anyone would ever do an event at any place except for Biaggi's! Thank you Hallie!!! You made a situation that could have been stressful, easy breezy!!

Sadly not impressed. LASAGNA had sauce so salty I couldn't eat it,sausage mushrooms dry and tasteless. The pizza was okay..

Good food, reasonable prices, friendly and competent staff, what more could you ask for? Our visit was on short notice and, when we called and asked for a reservation, the hostess said they were a little tight at that time and politely asked if we could be there 15 minutes earlier. When we were seated the waitress was there with water almost immediately and was very helpful with the regualr menu as well as their gluten free options. The meals were delicious and we will look for Biaggi's Restaurants during our future travels.

The good: food tasted alright, service was friendly, the place was cleanThe bad: food tasted like it came straight out of the fridge, didn't taste homemade at all. Ordered the butternut squash ravioli, ravioli wasn't cooked all the way and the sauce just tasted like butter. Old fashioned had too much cinnamon, there was cinnamon in the old fashioned...The ugly: my wife threw up because of the amount of oil/fat in her dish. Won't be going back but I see why bland people will go back.

Brian, the manager saved this from what was sure to be a 1 star scathing review. Called at 730pm to place a to-go order. They said they couldn't after a certain time. Then we asked if we came in, could we place an order, to which they responded yes. (Not sure what the difference was but moving on) Sped over to the restaurant and arrived at 753 only to have staff lock the doors as we were walking up. My sister then called and they said sorry we're closed. At this point, I'm beginning to get annoyed. I called back and reminded them we had previously spoken to someone who said we could come and place a to-go order. At this point they put the manager on and he says yes come in, I left the door unlocked for you. I told him about the employees locking the doors as we walked up and he apologized and said I'll be right there.Brian was everything that i was hoping Biaggi's would be. Polite, helpful, and apologized again for how we were treated. The food was good. Pizza was delicious, crab cakes were succulent, and the pasta was euch and creamy although small as far as portion sizes go. May go again to give this place an opportunity at redemption.

Fantastic service and food!

Yuck ....overcooked entrees, horrible dessert, the highlight of the meal was the bread. .. ..Even after telling the server the dessert was inedible we were still charged for it ...will never return

Went on a date with my daughter. They fit us in without a reservation, which we were grateful for. The food was good. Dessert was best! Overall, I think that it was overpriced, but it was a perfect mommy-daughter date!

This is a picture of the sandwich I made for my wife at home. The server didn't bother to tell us that they didn't have what she ordered until they brought my food OVER AN HOUR after we were seated. We decided not to wait another hour for them to bring her something that she didn't actually want anyway. This was just the last straw on top of the absolute HORRENDOUS service. As for the sandwich, I'm told it was delicious.
