today was a nice day to go and get an ice cream we decide to go as a family to Baskin Robbins in here and Loveland for some reason or another today’s experience was different than all the other times we’ve been there the ice cream did not taste song and we made a comment to the employees and staff they did not know how to respond so we decided to simply dispose of the paid ice cream and go take her business elsewhere because of the lack of customer service I called afterwards and asked to speak to a manager no manager was at the store so I left him my information and asked him if somebody could call me back and see if I could get a refund for the purchase I was told that I would not get a refund just left a bad taste there for this review deserves 0

My adult sundae had less ice cream in it than my grandkids single scoop. very dissapointing!
Yummy... I've been a fan of Baskin-Robins for a long time because most of their ice creams don't contain egg. They also have a few vegan options which was nice.

See, I love coming here and discovering new flavors. But today just seemed off. She girl who was helping us has a major attitude, as soon as she took my siblings ordered, she immediately rolled her eyes and sighed. Thus the 3 stars. I'm not one to put up with a bad attitude at all. Sad to see a family friendly place be so unfriendly. The customer ahead of us was nicer and more welcoming.
I hate this store awful ice cream and owners. Needs to not be dirty. Feel sad about the way I was treated, but there was a very nice blond girl who gave me my cake keep her clean your store. And meditate to balance your energy because it was extremely bad ! Owner never smiled
Wednesday is sundae bogo! Two flavors of non-dairy ice cream. Sorbets don’t count, though good.
Very good nice staff, young blonde gal was very nice and polite. The store was very clean. We'll be back.
If you haven't, get a clown cone from the freezer. Messy, childhood happiness right there.
