We've been going here for years, and I was excited to see they made new updates to the restaurant. Unfortunately, we left after we got our drinks. We noticed that their pricing has skyrocketed and the tea they served us had that old rotten taste of when tea sits out for a few days. We asked for a kids menu and they had one they rambled on about being $10! That's what alarmed me to see that one lousy sushi roll was around $14-$20 for 8 pieces. I quickly realized that our quick family outing was going to turn into a $60-$70 meal, and even in the past the food isn't that great! I offered to pay for the drinks because I felt bad we were just leaving, and they were charging us $5/drink.Ultimately, this is not a good restaurant anymore. Which is sad. I gave it two stars for the atmosphere. I should have read the most recent reviews about new ownership because it was obvious that this place is no longer "Loveland Family friendly".We went and got really good Sushi at King Soopers next door for half the price. It was amazing.
Sesame chicken and Broccoli Beef are delicious! Huge portions! I don’t agree with comments about “bland food”. To me, it’s seasoned well I guess because I prefer lower salt than some restaurants pour on, and not a ton of spice! Beautifully re-designed restaurant and server was excellent.
It's been a long, long time since I've been pleased with a restaurant, but tonight I've got nothing but praise for this place. All items on my order far exceeded expectations. I ordered take out, but fully intend on dining in in the future. The food was amazing, it was ready in remarkable time, the customer service was spot on, great prices, and it's only like a 5 minute walk from home. I'm going to start ordering here weekly from now on. Thank you, to everyone involved with the restaurant, I have nothing but praise for you!
We have ordered directly from the restaurant for delivery and pick up a number of times. Each time we have ordered it has taken over an hour to be delivered, which if it was still warm when it got to us would be one thing. We always order sweet and sour chicken. From other places, we are use to the chicken being tender, fried in a batter. Each time we have had it from here the chicken had been overly dry, like jerky. I have had ordered the Mongolian beef, which was mostly all vegetables with a few pieces of meat. I'm not a huge fan of most of the other items I have tried. Which makes me sad I was really hoping to like this place.
Food is not edible. Burnt sesame beef and the moo goo Gai pan leaves a lot to be desired. Even the hot & spicy soup is horrible. Called to complain and was told I could have a credit. What good is that, as if I will ever order from here again.
I’ll be honest. Every time I come here the quality of the food goes down. They just updated inside and I really want them to succeed, but the food has not been very good.
I’m so disappointed. We have been coming here for years. I don’t know if it’s under new ownership but this was not a good experience. server did not speak English. We asked for a vodka tonic with lime and got ice water with lemon. And waited over 40m for our check and had to go track them down for that and a box.
First time back since they expanded. Look is much cleaner and brighter. Server was pleasant and fairly attentive. The food however was VERY DISAPPOINTING. Got Singapore Styled Fried Noodles. My kids eat dried ramen from a plastic package that has more flavor. Every aspect of this dish was bland. They brought me General Tso's Chicken as a replacement. Should have been spicy, according to the menu, but was not at all. Fried rice was not fried rice. It was white rice with lots of soy sauce (no veggies, egg, etc.). Much pricier than previous visit. Will be spending quite a bit less at Main Moon next time with MUCH MORE flavor. :( And, by the way, what's up with the receipt - "Don't forget sauce"??
This place used to be good. Entrees used to come with egg roll and soup. Now they don't and the price is higher. The curry and lemon chicken were flavorless. The chicken was dry. The fried rice was just white rice with soy. The lemon chicken was served on a bed of lettuce. Yuck! Hot, soggy, lemon lettuce. You couldn't use the sauce because of the lettuce. We will not be back.
Without equal...the WORST asian restaurant on the Northern Front Range. I tried the sesame chicken, which is mis-named as the is no chicken in the dish (and I looked, really looked). Just deep fried, overcooked batter smothered in some sauce that was certainly purchased at King Soopers next door. I literally had to throw it in the trash it was so bad. NEVER AGAIN!!
