Came in for a meal today and the gentleman behind the counter was kind and courteous. The dining room was clean and my food was yummy and my order accurate! Other food spots nearby could take a lesson for how well this Arby's is being run. ?

They dropped the ball today! Always a pleasant experience but today was bad ordered 2 roast beef and cheddar combos with curly fries I get both sandwiches with no cheddar on them, sandwiches falling apart, just a mess! I got a half curly fry half crinkled and the other fry was all crinkled both were cold and could hardly chew...I dont know what happened today but going to be very skeptical in the future if there is a future. Cmon guys
I like going to Arby's, I would rather go there than McDonald's. Have not had a problem with the service or the sandwiches.

I always use the drive through, so I can't comment on the inside dining, but it's drive through is always friendly and courteous. You can understand what they're saying from the speaker. Line moves quickly and your order is accurate.
If you order the chicken salad do not do the crispy one, get the back chicken. The crispy is fried too hard.
The only time I ever come to Arby's. The summer return on their Chicken salad sandwich. It's the closest chicken salad to my homemade one, but I don't have to chop everything up myself so it's a win-win for me! ? I'm glad that their sandwich is consistently good. It never disappoints. It's not a healthy option by any means (at 840 calories) but still, it's a cold option on hot days and "feels" lighter than a heavy burger. The ingredients are always fresh, juicy grapes, crispy lettuce and celery, crunchy sweet apples and the soft whole wheat bread. Yum! This location has some very friendly staff and I VERY much appreciate that they have so many seniors on staff. I ordered my food to dine in but got it to go instead of dining in. I always get the unsweetened tea with this sandwich and it always tastes freshly made. The only reason for the 4 stars is the manager or shift leader, whoever is in charge there today. You can hear her being loud and rude to the employees by correcting their "little mistakes". No need to talk to you employees in a harsh and condescending tone. And respect your elders. Be a nice human being, you catch more bees with honey than with vinegar. If I've learned one thing after being a director or manager for many years....you're a much more effective leader if you follow the golden rule, treat others how you wish to be treated. I'm sure your guests don't want to be hearing you belittle your employees while trying to enjoy their food. Otherwise, all esle was great.
Slow service, literally. Fries were old and cool, curly fries were old and not curly, more like sticks. Cheese sticks were ribbery, not cheesy.The best of the meal was the pre-made salad.
Food was cold and messy wasn’t put together nicely and the fry’s were not filled only half way such a waste of money
