What a joke they run over there. They couldn’t care less about service, and constantly choose profit over guest service, as well as there treating of employees. Unfortunately, it has become the K Mart of “casual dining “. Just got to chili’s, or for that matter, anywhere else.

Incredible apps and drinks (especially since we stopped by during happy hour). Our server was absolutely incredible, which just added on to what would’ve been an amazing outing based on the food alone.
Food was flavorful and cooked as requested. Service was very good. Our server, Steph was very nice and attentive.
As connoisseurs and frequent goers of many Applebees, this is by far the best location we have ever ate at. After two visits with the same great experience at this location we can say it’s #1. This location is open till midnight and they do not hassle you or make you feel like you have to leave as soon as you take your last bite of food, making the atmosphere super inviting and overall a vibe. By far the most attentive and personable staff we’ve ever encountered at an Applebees. Worth the stop
The food is always on point, but the service was a little lacking. My kiddo spilled a very full glass of Shirley Temple accidentally, I watched several servers see it and jump to get some rags, but when my husband and I began cleaning up the mess with our napkins it was as if they all decided to pretend it didn't happen. One, why would you give a bouncing child a large glass, (as in not made out of plastic) of soda with no lid? Two, we just needed the rags, I don't know why the servers who witnessed didn't help until we were chased out of our booth by the spill.
I ordered food and not sure where they get the chicken, but all I got was bites of fat. It was not good, I tossed it in the trash. For the amount they are charging for food these days, it needs to be good.
The food is always done right rhe waitresses are very nice n helpful if I could I would give this lotion 10 stars I drive all the way from ft collins to eat here and ots always wroth it
Waiter acted like he didn't want to be there and we were a bother. No smile unless we cracked a joke. Asked for medium rare steak and got medium.
Had fish n chips. Was very fishy ordered cocktail sauce! It was not cocktail sauce no horseradish in it! Wonderful waitress!
Usually go here a couple of times a year. Went with a friend for lunch and to catch up. We were seated in the bar area, and the bartender, a young woman with long red hair, apparently had her mom and someone else seated at the table behind us. Constantly talking balk and forth, and at one point, jokingly, flipped them off. This was all very distracting and unprofessional. Won't be going back.
