This Ziggy's location is fast, friendly and makes an accurate drink. I've asked for custom made lattes, americanos and cold brew, and they nail it every time. They have yummy pastries like banana bread, zucchini bread and gluten-free options in stock each time too.
I have yet to have a bad experience at ANY Ziggi's. They are a special treat for the kids and myself which has the one kid quivering with excitement every time we go.
Wanted to branch out from Starbucks but Ziggis just isn't vegan-friendly. Behind the times and disappointing.
I ordered a medium iced latte with 2% milk. 1st sip I could smell spoiled milk and it definitely tastes off. Didn’t get a new one because I had already pulled away and I didn’t have time to wait in the long line…very disappointing
I absolutely LOVE Ziggis’s coffee first of all… but I have become very disappointed lately. First you guys get rid of your punch cards for the new “Loyalty” program that’s digital. I wouldn’t have a problem with that if you didn’t take away our free coffee!! I go to Ziggis 2 times a day and buy 2 specialty drinks, it’s not cheap. Those free coffees REALLY helped in times of struggle… other than that it seems your employees don’t know how your new loyalty program works because I have been told 3 times now that they couldn’t scan my phone because they paid me out too quickly. So not only did I lose out on my free coffee but now I’m not even getting all of my loyalty points. I hope something is fixed or I may have to become a regular at Scooters!!!
Just left Ziggy’s on Hover and got my Kids Campfire Cocoa only filled 1/2 full! And when I said something he said “I don’t know, I don’t make it”. And when handed my hot Chai the lid pops off, of course spilling all over my console. I said to him I guess I won’t go to this location anymore. I’m sure they don’t care.
We get Ziggi's several times a week and we love all that they have. The employees are so friendly and helpful.
Ziggi's is the best. Every. Single. Time! Great people, great coffee and great selection of things to eat.
They know their stuff, they’re fast, and they’re consistent. They don’t question my motives. If I tell them 4 extra shots, they’re down. No questions to my sanity, just a silent diligence to my dependence on the succulent electric beverages they serve.Insider tip: this is the best Ziggy’s in town. I never really liked lattes before I discovered Ziggi's, now I'm hooked. They make flavorful drinks that aren't too sweet. Everyone here is super friendly too. Love you guys
