If you hire only high school age kids, all they wanna do is have a social hour instead of make coffee/run a biz. I literally counted more than 12 cars drive off in 20 mins on top of the traffic already waiting
What a nice little coffee place! They made my Latte just how I like it! Will be back :)
I feel like they are getting slower and slower! I’m not sure if they keep having to restaff or what but it’s SLOW. Even ordering ahead on the app with only one car in front of me and one on the other side, I still waited 15-20mins. Their blended drinks are good though, hot drinks are average.

I’ve been going to this Location for a long time but, over the last 5 months, the customer service has been terrible. The employees, including the manager, is very nonchalant and have zero sense of urgency. Super disappointing to see the customer service go so down hill. It most definitely did NOT used to be like this.
I love Ziggis but the barista here was very rude - rolled her eyes at me and asked "WHY are you here?!". Definitely not the great customer service Ziggis normally has.
Love love ❤️ this location and they have the best cinnamon rolls. I much prefer to come here than go to the green coffee national chain. The only thing I would recommend is the costumer service.

My new favorite coffee stop! The most sustainable coffee shop around with fair trade, rainforest certified coffee beans to agave straws and biodegrade cups for cold beverages. Be sure to ask for a punch card because you will be back for more!
