This review is tough for me. The food was prepared in a reasonable time, was nice and hot, the flavor was good and the pricing was good. We ordered boneless chicken wings and the majority of the "wings" were the size of popcorn chicken. Very small pieces all around.When ordering a 10 piece wing set and they are tiny pieces of chicken, which is also heavily breaded its disappointing. This was my second order from them and I figured the first time was a fluke. So a second chance is always worth an attempt. Maybe if this was advertised as popcorn chicken and a larger quantity was served my expectations would of been satisfied. But this was a let down. Sadly it'll be the last time I'm ordering from Wing Shack.
I ordered 10 wings and a regular fry with an extra ranch, also tipped the restaurant because I ordered online. They gave me 9 wings that had practically no sauce I ordered the hotter sauce. The fries also had no seasoning they were just bland and disgusting they were also cold. I figured if I tipped them they be a little generous but it’s like they were being stingy. I’m not coming back to this place again!

This place is great! Diego took our order, and was very helpful. The food was amazing too, made to order. Recommend the golden sauce bone in wings, or the lemon pepper dry rub boneless, both delicious!
Wings are smaller BUT the flavors and the folks that work there make everything special! Sure there are other places to get wings but when they only have 3 flavors they get boring real quick!
Candace one of the employees was very helpful, patient and kind over the phone when I was hardworking! She made me feel important, she definitely deserves a raise! Other than that,The wings are always great! My family loves this wing place alot and so do I! They definitely deserve more credit and stars for their hardwork!
Vincent was probably the funniest guy that has taken my order by far. So glad he recommended the honey bbq wings. So good! Definitely will always come back.
gas as usual! but the worst decision you could’ve made is getting rid of the wedge style shack mac. the new shack mac is totally sub par. just had to let you guys know. i chose y’all over wingstop tonight because i wanted shack mac. and i got shack dumplings… ?
Ordered half mild and half hot. But the mild literally had no sauce and was covered in oil? Really gross. Didn’t eat. They didn’t include sauces that we asked for either :(
This is my go-to place in Longmont for Boneless Wings (Bear Hot) and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. (Garlic Hot). I've tried the other places in town and they are just too inconsistent. I've never had an issue with my order here and the enjoy the variety of flavors.I've never had the bone in wings so I can't speak to the other reviews. As someone else pointed out, hot is more acidic then hot but mind you, there are 5 other levels of hot on the menu .. you should have figured out if you want spicy go with the higher levels.Also, why would anyone order veggies and expect greatness? Order the Sweet Potato Tots since they are the best I've had anywhere.
