Food is alright the employees are really rude tho it’s literally just girls they shut the window really hard I asked for sauce to have with my nuggets and they never give me any but I can’t ask for nun because they shut the window and walk away. Also the manager just stares at me really weird the old one always looking out the window watching her employees lol

The Wendy's on 19th and Main Street, Longmont, CO: Wendy's Restaurant was founded on friendliness and cleanliness and that wasn't the case here!!! The clerk behind the counter did not even call our number out to get our food.The premises were NOT kept clean with old, dried catsup around the rims of the garbage cans, old, dried splattered drink liquids were dried on the drink dispensers....GROSS & UNSANITARY CONDITIONS!!!The bathrooms were dirty as well with loose toilet seats and no paper towels...just an air dryer...UGH!!!Instead of joking around behind the register they could be better productive cleaning up the bathrooms and restaurant rooms where clients actually eat!!!New Management perhaps!!!
Their website menu did not include prices. Our lunch for 3 cost nearly $45! I know times have been hard, but that doesn't mean everyone can just jack their prices up. The food was ok. Bourbon bacon bbq sauce was easy too sweet. The drinks had so much ice they were mostly flavorless. They fries were cold were we got them
I dined in and there was an older gentleman there who took my order.Anyway, SuPer customer service. He made sure I received my order on time and smiled the entire time. Awesome job!!
Food was fresh, fries were hot and crisp, and staff was friendly. Very fast service. Frostys were solid!
Of most of the fast burger joints, Wendy's is a staple. Their frosty, is ridiculous as are their fries. I believe Wendy's fries are among the best...crispy and delicious. Highly recommended.
I appreciate how clean the staff keep the restaurant. The food is just like what you would expect from any Wendy's. I have used them routinely and they do not disappoint.
Usually a mediocre experience, they finally ticked me off today. At the point I'm writing this, the business hours were updated one week ago and claim the business opens at 6:30AM with dine-in available. I arrived after 7AM to locked lobby doors and lights off inside. If you're gonna practice different hours for the drive-through and lobby then you need to put that on your business page. Otherwise you're misleading (read: alienating) potential customers by lying to them.
