Ok food. The person taking our order had air pods on. That's not really okay in my part of customer service

Newer Wendy’s location (at least the interior) with fireplace, nice seating and even an outdoor patio. Service was fast though the drive thur line can get long.
Ordered two of the chicken sandwich meals at the drive through but they gave us burgers instead. They charged us for the chicken which is more expensive but gave us burgers. Didn't know until we got home. I will avoid in the future.
Lately they have not given out the receipt with purchase, I have also seen an increase of the orders not being correct, thus it makes it harder to complain! 06/28/22
Food is good, but they do take a long while to get you your food. I know it's supposed to be cooked fresh, but when you are in line for over 30 minutes in a fast food drive through line you begin to wish they would pick up the pace.
Not good. I recognize some of the workers who are there. I'm a substitute teacher in the area, and they are guys who were absolute jerks to me. I ordered 2 bacon cheese grilled chicken sandwiches with lettuce instead of buns, due to allergies. What I got was 2 chicken breasts and some lettuce - no sauce, no cheese, no bacon. Double check who you're hiring.
This Wendy's is very busy all the time but the employees are nice. Several times they were out of drinks and salads so that was a bummer but my good was still good. Bathrooms were not as clean as I hoped but you can tell they get a lot of traffic so might be hard to keep clean all the time. Was not the worst I've ever seen.
Rude went there said thank you when handed my food they literally just slammed the window didn’t say anything then the fry’s are soggy wasn’t going to leave a review but hen I got home to eat the burger there was no bacon no lettuce no tomato no cheese just meat and bun I ordered a jbc not hamburger
Go here if you enjoy being robbed. Not only do employees not give you the right amount of change if you have a bill bigger than a $50 so they don’t have to get a manager for it when brought up we accidentally left our wallet there for them to return it to the house with $300 missing. So in total they attempted to pocket $20 from our change to then steal from our wallet but thanks for returning it cleared out.. Congratulations on hiring Thieves
A nice young man was training as cashier. He did a great job, with pride in the job he was doing. Wish we would see more of this.
