Son and I enjoyed our frozen yogurt. Lots of choices. Friendly owner and clean place. Color changing spoons was nice surprise. I found a bogo coupon in Longmont mail magazine. Will definitely be back!
Made an online order, only got half the amount and still got charged the full price. Doesn’t make sense since I ordered the exact same thing the day prior and got the full amount. They will try to say anything to not refund you.
Great service! Good flavors and toppings, definitely recommend a visit with a good tip ? Satisfied customer
Been here once and I fell in love. So many options from açai bowls to smoothies to ice cream sandwiches. Tons of flavors and a really great selection of vegan options, too. Will definitely be back!!
First time to this location. Had heard mixed reviews from local friends, some love it, some don't like the prices. I'm ok with paying more for premium quality and great customer service because I value experiences and locally owned shops and I like supporting locals. I absolutely love that the young man behind the counter was super nice, professional and so helpful. I just had some oral surgery done 48hrs ago, work close by and was in the need of a cold smoothie after work so I figured it was a good time to check this place out. While the choices weren't abundant, I was happy with what they offered for the smoothie base, pretty basic, and I was happy with the mix-in options. I purposely picked things that would make my smoothie a little thicker and the guy behind the counter did his best to make it as smooth as possible for me. Again, super nice! I agree with the prices reported by others, they are a little more on the expensive side. I paid almost $12 for my smoothie. For comparison I went to my local IJ the next day for the same smoothie and it was $2.50 less. So, great service, ok option variety, good taste, but pricier than others. I might try it again since it's close to my job.
We were charged over $40 for just two servings of frozen yogurt and toppings. We have been here multiple times before and usually expect to pay around $20 for two servings. I can only assume the kid working the register messed up on weighing our order as I have no idea how it could suddenly cost so much unless he had somehow combined the weights of both and then added a single weight. He claimed one of our orders was 18 ounces and the other was 35 ounces. They were the exact same size basically.
Twisted Roots is our go to Froyo place. My kids love it and I take them there to celebrate their accomplishments often. I love the fresh fruits and mini cheesecake pieces.
We have kids with food allergies and this is our favorite spot for "ice cream"/froyo! Today our oldest had to have a big blood draw, so we rewarded him with a cup of his favorite gluten and dairy free froyo. We love that they are now on the wall with everything else and we can do it by weight with added sprinkles!
Absolutly amazing flavors. Delightful staff and well worth any journey
I love this froyo, but it is also the most expensive I've seen. For a standard size you will pay $9+ per person.
