The food here is absolutely amazing. We shared the grilled Brussel sprout appetizer...I can't remember everything that was in it, but I do remember wanting to lick the sauce off the plate. For dinner I had the quinoa bowl with salmon and goat cheese. Salmon was nice and juicy even when I reheated the leftovers the next day.I got the blackberry mule I believe, it was refreshing and light. I'm not a Colorado native so not being accustomed to the altitude it did hit me hard ?.More importantly, Drake our waiter was fabulous, personable, and so funny. He's a people person who made us feel so warmly welcomed, and had great recommendations to our menu questions. Get whatever food your heart desire but make sure he's your waiter for the best dining experience.10 out of 10 recommend!
Had the steak fries here with a friend and absolutely amazing! Good selection of craft beer and server was friendly and attentive.They have an outdoor patio that is great in the summer. Full bar selection as well and nice decor all over.Like I said meal was outstanding, highly recommend!
We ordered a Margarita pitcher and dessert. The carrot cake was really good and they also had a dessert not on the menu (sweet potato fries, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and marshmallow dip) would definitely order that again.

Staff was warm and welcoming. The local beef was excellent. Happy hour did not disappoint, although the roost draft Cosmo was a bit too sweet. Hubby will be back someday to try all the whiskeys. All of them. Not all at once however. Loves the atmosphere, and I’m always appreciative when you can hear your own table conversation during dinner in a busy restaurant.
Wow.... just wow. This place is incredible. I've been here with a group and on a date and the service is friendly, the food is fast and most importantly, the menu is to die for! Everything is just impeccable! You're missing out if you haven't tried the Buffalo cauliflower, I'm not a cauliflower girl at all but this hits different. ??I ordered the pork mojo Cubano (no mustard) with the curry fries.
The service was great but the food was not. We ordered short ribs and it was not short ribs it was roast. The food came out and was not hot. The tots tasted like they sat out for a while and hardly had any queso. The portions were great but the food is way overpriced especially when you expect short ribs and get roast.
Very busy but they got people in and out quickly. Very unique and tasty menu. We tried a variety of apps since it was our first time. None of them disappointed! We can’t wait to come back and try some entrees and some of our new favorite apps from this visit.
The Roost is my go to restaurant anytime I do not feel like cooking at home. Lots of great options on the menu, Whiskey Wednesdays, excellent service and outstanding quality of food. The Roost does it right.
Max is informative, educational and helpful on menu and drinks. I tried the roasted quinoa, wonderful. Hubby always has the burger. Go and ask for max
