Longmont only has a few choices for food and this place can get pretty busy. Id recommend the call ahead online. Service is usually pretty good and the food can be, but Lately I have to send my steaks back pretty much every visit because they are overcooked. I Ask for Med Rare they come out med or worst. If there is one thing to improve it would be the lack of kitchen awareness for the Temps on steaks. I think it's good food overall and usually great service, just be prepared to have to send your steak back if you don't like chewing on leather shoes.

The food came out fast, hot and amazing as usual! We did think the additional $4 shrimp add on was a little under cooked. Our service was excellen and far superior to any other establishment I've been to recently. The environment and atmosphere was very family friendly. And the entire restaurant erupted when It was announced that somebody had a birthday to celebrate. This was an excellent date night with my love! Great job Tex!!
Place was packed, mother's day us tomorrow. That being said everything went smoothly. There was plenty of staff, our waitress checked in on us regularly. Refills on drinks were promptly done. We weren't rushed nor did have to wait long for our check. It was I would have to say the most pleasant & efficient dinner experience I've ever had.Thanks goes out to Longmont's Texas Roadhouse!
Went out to eat on a Saturday night. We had a party of 5 and were seated very quickly. The waitress was attentive. The food was very good and cooked to order and arrived at our table in a timely manner. I've been to Texas Roadhouse a few times and have not been disappointed.
This was our first time at Texas Roadhouse, but it won't be our last! Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Our server, Lulu, was especially great! She was attentive to our needs and very friendly. Even though she was busy, she made us feel like we were her only customers. Since it was our first time, one of the managers came over to greet us and let us know they were there to serve. The food was amazing! We both had Texas Filets which were done to perfection and melt-in-your-mouth good! And the rolls and butter! Wow! It was a really fun experience!
Great Prime Rib for the price. Get the 16oz and save some for lunch the next day! My son's kid cut sirloin was super juicy too. I could do with less cussing from the kitchen staff though, all the bombs were dropped. Next time I will ask to sit my 7 and 10 year old further away from the line cooks.

I used the wait list check-in option for our recent visit and it worked perfectly. i was super excited. Unfortunately that ended up being the best part of our whole Friday night experience. We got seated and the fan was going above us, i mentioned to our server Chris that it was cold. He basically ignored me, even though diners around us were wearing their jackets too. Needless to say, i ate my dinner with my coat on. We placed our drink orders which came right away except for that bottle of beer that my husband ordered. That took Chris 15 minutes to bring. Don't understand that, it wasn't like he had to change out a keg, it was a bottle! Salads came and they were delicious. Chris came by the table so ask how everything was, my husband ordered another beer. That took another 10 minutes, and Chris left the salad plates sitting even though we were done. I think that was done on purpose so it wouldn't "look" like we were waiting for our meal, because that took another 30 to 40 minutes for our dinner to come out. My salmon was excellent, the burger we ordered was good, the chicken tenders were ok. My husband ordered an 8oz sirloin and shrimp smothered for a total price of 24.50 and it was horrible. Plate came with a whopping 3 shrimp, steak was ordered med rare and only the very middle was med rare the entire rest of the steak was well done. The server asked my husband to cut into the steak to check the doneness and he did that, in the center, which it appeared, in the dim light, to be med rare but like i said only that bite or two right in the center was med rare. Very unevenly cooked. When Chris asked how everything was i told him not great. Chris did not acknowledge my comment at all. His response was to hand us the check and let us know that he could take payment whenever we were ready.Overall, experience was very disappointing. If you want to be served by a terrible waiter, eat mediocre food in a noisy restaurant with your coat on, this is the place for you. It'll be a long time before we return to this location!
Worst dining experience in a long time. We went our for my son-in-law's birthday dinner. Arrive for dinner around 6:15- Get over cooked sub-par warm (not hot) meals served past 8pm - walk out $165 poorer and still hungry.First there was the wait, which I am not really concerned about because we expected a wait but it is relevant to the rest of the experience this time. I check our party of 4 adults and a child in at 6:15pm and 40 minutes later we get a text that a table is ready (6:50pm) and to "quickly gather our party". We go inside and they tell us to wait at a certain spot where we waited another 10 minutes after "quickly gathering our party" It's now 7PM - We place our entire order of entrees (chicken fried steak, sirloin, 8oz Dallas cut, 6oz Dallas cut, and a kids hot dog), drinks, and appetizers and get drinks and appetizers in a timely manner.However our food did not get to our table until over an hour later.Everyone at the table ordered their steak medium rare- two steaks were medium. The baked sweet potato was barely warm, the marshmallow topping was blackened, not browned. My son-in-law did not get one of his side dishes and my son did not get one of his sides dishes. They did bring these out AFTER we brought it to their attention. I sent my whole dinner back and ended up leaving without eating, because I had to be to work by 9pm and did not have time to wait for another meals. I will say the manager did come to the table and removed my meal from the ticket + a little extra. Our waitress was fantastic and did everything right as far as I could tell- she is not to blame for a slow kitchen.My son-in-law's birthday dinner was not the experience it should have been and the rest of the party left with the majority of their dinner in a take out box due to no longer enjoying dinner.
