Rudest manager ever. At drive up was told to pull to window for my mobile order. Then they couldn’t find it. Was told to reorder and get back in line. Then got message that mobile order was cancelled. Reordered and went inside and was told “man you gotta call the mobile app people I don’t have your order in my computer” I’m so irate after dealing with this condescending man. Won’t return.

Service is usually good, but for whatever reason the Kiosks never show some items, especially coffee drinks. If you want to order coffee, your only option at this time is to ask the cashier for it.
The workers running this location are super friendly, hardworking, and always put in the effort to provide quality service. I must say their value menu $2 cheesy beef burrito is absolutely worth trying out - so delicious and incredibly filling, which makes for a quick meal if you have a busy schedule. Plus, they actually stay open until midnight (like their hours say) as opposed to the surrounding late-night fast food joints on Main Street.
This place needs a manager. Orders are always wrong. The unsweetened is sweetened, no one cares and unwilling to fix it. The district manager should send in secret shoppers to see how bad this store really is.
I have had to many bad experiences at this business.Shorted orders, items on menu not available, would have spent more if available and weird unrecognizable items in order. There are two other Taco Bells in town. Skip this one and patronize the other two.
Always busy because it is one of the best Taco Bell's I have visited. Friendly and fast! They also make the food how you would want - spread throughout. I have never had that bite that is nothing but sour cream I get from other TB.

Great Idea on shutting the inside of the restaurant down on a Friday night! Wonderful way to run off customers. There are plenty of other places to eat you guys, I'd skip this whole experience altogether if I were you.
Mixed up my order and gave it to someone else, ordering systems are down have to do online, took a total of 20 mins of them correcting themselves, focused on drive thru more than customers inside. Had to stand in their line of sight in order to get their attention. Go to the other 2 locations in Longmont, they might be at least somewhat better.
The SLOWEST Taco Bell in a 50 mile radius.Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes at 1030 at night. Unbelievable. Go ANYWHERE else! The Taco Bell on Ken Pratt is far superior
