This place is amazing. I called in needing catering the next day for a small office event and they were so helpful in arranging it. It was much simpler than some of the other places I was looking at online.Everything was ready on time for the scheduled pickup, the food was customizable for everyone and an absolute hit with my colleagues, and they included all the serving utensils we would need. It made everything so easy and stress-free, which is a huge bonus when you're in charge of arranging food for a big group last-minute.They also have excellent food for dining in! Highly recommend them whether you're looking for a fun place to go out, take to go, or for delicious catering (that supports an awesome local restaurant instead of a big chain).
Ooooh good spot alert!!!! One of my foodie farmer friends recommended this place and I fell in love immediately. The street tacos are excellent! I had the Calabacitas, the Nopalitos, and the Rajitas and all were just so delicious! The margaritas were strong and coin style and were A+++. Loved the queso fundido too. The owner and staff are super friendly, having a great time at work, and the outdoor picnic tables make for a perfect spot on a sunny day. Inside tables are cozy too. It’s gets better! Botanas and Drinks 25% off for happy hour! Yippee. New Friday dinner spot.
This is my favorite taco spot in Boulder County! it is also one of my favorite spots in general in Longmont. The ambiance is great for a warm evening to sit on the patio. The cochinita tacos are my favorite! But always love the Barbacoa and rajitas tacos too.I also love the mole enchiladas, and all the appetizers…LOVE the margs with the Chamoy rim.They are members of the LGBTQ chamber and is def a queer friendly spot for local queer community.
I used Summit a bit last minute to cater a small work party recently. The process was incredibly easy and straightforward. April was great to work with and there were no issues at any point logistically! The food arrived exactly on time and was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend Summit for a quick bite, or as a very reasonably priced way to cater a gathering.
This the best place. That's it. Edwardo has absolutely nailed it. His tacos are great and his soups are incredible. It's a small cozy place that gives the impression that you were invited over to his house and his mother is cooking. I've never had a better total experience. I'm so thankful this place is in Longmont. Edwardo and his crew are really nice and extremely personable. It's a place that you want to hang out at and not really leave. I feel like family now. His margaritas are really good.
Summit Tacos was recommended to me and I was excited to try it out. Sadly I was quite disappointed with the food. To me and my dining partner it was bland and boring. The service was good and I have always enjoyed this spot back to the days when Georgia Boys was located here. Sometimes restaurants have off nights, I would consider going back for lunch to sit outside but will have low expectations.
Great spot! To come a lone, in a group, on a date? wonderful food, margaritas, and environment. They even play movies in the back sometimes! Love this spot?
Summit Tacos is simply the best! We had them cater our wedding rehearsal party the night before the big day, and they did a fabulous job! Edwardo and Alejandro were both wonderful to work with, and Edwardo himself came to set up. They also came halfway through to check in and make sure everything was going ok; we ran out of plates and they helped by bringing more. The food was phenomenal, and everyone raved! Tacos are the way to go for a simple, delicious and authentic meal for local and out-of-town guests alike. Highly recommend their catering for any event you may have!
This was our first time ordering from here and it was very disappointing. The street tacos aren't authentic and instead have a hipster-suburbia take on them (if that's your thing, no shame) . The margarita was bland. And the guacamole had chunks of unripe avacado. And to top it off, our desert had a long hair. No joke! Might be a good place to eat in for the atmosphere. There are more authentic places in town.
