I had high hopes after reading other reviews, unfortunately Sugarbeet failed to live up to the hype. Went for our anniversary and my wifeâs birthday. Underwhelmed. Totally ignored at the table after we were sat -I try to give the benefit of the doubt given todayâs challenges with labor, but watching the table next to us (who came in after us) get drinks and an app before we even saw our server did not sit well. Watermelon gazpacho was excellent. Had the brioche appetizer which was served to us on completely black, burned brioche. I couldnât believe it made it out of the kitchen and on to our table. They did take this off the bill. I had the ahi tuna, wife had the filet- she was underwhelmed with her meal, the tuna was good. Desert was very good - chocolate cake w/espresso ice cream. No fuss was made other than a candle on the desert for my wifeâs bday. Not what I hoped for for a special occasion and I doubt I would drive to Longmont from Denver again. You only get one chance to make a first impression!
The service was outstanding, the food was alright but we had a great overall time
As usual, the food was delicious, the drinks very good, great espresso. Our server was attentive but not clingy. Weâll be back!

Iâm a food snob And I was very skeptical when I was given this recommendation because my standards are pretty high for food this place blew me away I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and the quality of the food is outstanding I wish it were in Fort Collins. Not only was the food creative and perfectly prepared but the wait staff was so enthusiastic about the restaurant the waitress has been there for years and couldnât say enough good things about the people who run it I just loved everything about it Iâm going back again tonight
The steak and key lime pie were outstanding.
