I came in this morning and got a refreshing sandwich May 26th! The kids working here were so cheerful and happy. I had to come and leave a review. Such a great environment!!
The young people working behind the counter today May15, 2021 around 12:45 p.m. were fun, cheerful, and made us smile. Just wanted to give them a shout out for being so personable with customers.
I ordered my meal through the subway app @ 8:45pm. The app has the closing time at 10pm. They actually close at 9pm. My order said it will be done at 9:05pm. The decided to not inform me or call the number attached to the order to let me know they can't fill the order but will still charge me for the food. If I made the order at 8:45 Pm why would it not be ready before nine. Why would Sarah and Nash decided to ignore the order and just wait for the customer to get there and refuse to make the order. Very unprofessional. Would recommend going just 5 mins down the road to the Subway off colorado Blvd.
