Me and my grandma went to shop for flowers and we saw subway on the way back home and it was vary disappointing it took for ever not because of people being there but the speed of it the rapper’s were gust thrown on no stick thar was more bread then the other ingredients wen we were checking out someone called for the manager so if you have the choice do go here
Worst subway ever. They took 18.$ from me last year when they were closed but they left their online ordering open. Uff today they just ignored my order. Another 17$ gone. The employee are so stoned they can’t even function. They dropped a heating tray on the floor and put it back into use. They got the wrong bread for a customer and afyer mangling it, she put in back in the oven!And they don’t even know what an online order is. Manager should be fired.she saw they were busy and she left!! Am calling the health department.
Second time in 3 weeks I can't a chicken sandwich. Service is slow.
This store is NEVER open! I don't know what the problem is, but I go across town to the one on main street.(the pace shop is close to my home) Maybe the owner of the pace location doesn't care how much business they are loosing, I worked for Subway a very long time ago, we were always open on time, if there was any issues the owner worked!..hope you figure it out..

FOOD WAS FRESH AND MORE THAT COMMONLY COME TO EXPECT. $$ yet as I asked for a 6" the portion of the bread was incredibly small. I opted to spe d MORE to get foot long. THEY DON'T OFFER TO GIVE OUT AGS TO GO? THE NAPKINS WERE THE THINNEST IVE SEEN. SO AGAIN WHY DID I PAY $25+ FOR TWO PEOPLE TO EAT THERE?
I’m not sure why this store’s employees are so disheveled and confused every time I stop in for a sandwich. The bread is flat and doughy, just not baked long enough in my opinion. If I’m really hungry and need food, I will eat here but the better Subways are on Main Street and Hover because the manager is way more on top of things and provides a better quality sandwich. I hope things turn around at this store soon.
went here for lunch, the young lady working had air pods in and her phone propped up watching a video while making my sandwiches. My boyfriend asked for a cold sandwich and she still toasted it. I asked for mayonnaise and she went to put tomatoes on my sandwich. the lack of following directions was ridiculous and i ended up paying $25 for sandwich’s that weren’t even made the way i asked them to be made. called the manager to let her know that her employee was very unprofessional. when calling the employee went “i don’t know, they want to talk to a manager” with an attitude. after telling the manager that her employee acted very unprofessional she said “thanks” and hung up the phone. definitely wouldn’t recommend, especially seeing as we have like 3 other subways in longmont. i’ll definitely start going to a different one.
I decided to do the online order so I could just pick up the food but that apparently didn't work. Once I got there I still had to wait over 30min for my food. There was two employees working tonight but one was having a personal problem and the other was to busy talking with her friends to show proper work ethic. Once the girl was done socializing she made our food and sadly everything was made wrong. This was by far the worst food experience I've ever had. So once I can speak to a manager hopefully this can get fixed.
