Really nice ppl here. I was in a jam and needed 15 sandwiches. I had already been to or called the other subways in town and been denied. When I called them they didn't hesitate and by the time I got there my sandwiches were done. I really appreciate u guys for helping us out that day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OMG, the young lady Rebecca that helped my wife and I this morning (4.5.22) had EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! Great convo, a couple laughs, and the enjoyment of watching her build such a beautifully DELICIOUS sandwhich. This was our first visit to the city of Longmont and She made it such a great trip by welcoming us and feeding us LOL! Y'all go see Rebecca, if you want the sandwhich you're expecting! A broken tea dispenser meant having to wait for a new pot to be brewed. Other than that, much what you would expect from Subway.
The only thing they've refreshed is the exhorbant pricing. They're now up to the price of the really good sub shops, but it's still the Subway from 3 years ago with 50% higher prices.
I placed an order today, it was incorrect and did not have the meat it was suppose to and that I paid eztra for.. and when I called the store the man named Elias told me he could not help me nor remake my food correctly unless I brought in the food right at that moment. I asked about covid precautions and he informed me that their store did not follow or use covid-19 precautions and didn't care about it either. That worried me, and I wanted my food.. so I stored my food in the fridge just now and have to find something else to eat. He told me the only thing I could do was to call back in the morning when there was one of their three managers present and bring in my opened uneaten sandwich to the store the next day. Please help! This is wild to me...and I just wanted my order made correctly.

Clean, well organized, and quiet. Two gentlemen behind the counter were very skimpy with the sub materials. Sub was bread at either end, reminded me of a 'hot pocket' more than a sub. (see attached pictures). Definitely not worth the $10/sub I paid, and this was the case for all 4 subs. Used to go to this location a while ago, but if they're going to be so stingy with things like onion, pickles, tomatoes, and banana peppers I will go else-where.

Went in right before closing. Sorry [email protected] They 2 young guys that worked there tonight, (6-30-21) were friendly, and efficient. The restaurant was clean and we were taken great csre of. Give these boys some recognition for a job well done !
