The manager Holly is absolutely terrible. She has no business running a Starbucks what so ever. I could go into detail but I'll leave it at that.

Stood there for 15 minutes waiting to even be greeted and have my order taken because apparently it takes all of the employees to order more coffee and cake? When the barista came she was professional but seemed annoyed to have to serve a customer, only reason it got 2 stars is because when I eventually did get my coffee, it was tasty.

Thank you Cecilia for making this pregnant lady happy with the hot chocolate and the whip cream in a separate cup with the toppings!

This location is inside Safeway. Terri and Vicki are fantastic. They remember your order, are extremely friendly, and are fast! It's always a pleasure to see them.

Just went through the drive-through at the Hoover location... cashier charged another customers credit card, manager came over and made the comment that they’re not gonna charge me because of the debacle. The cashier then said “NO it’s four drinks!!! I appreciated the offer of the manager I greatly did not appreciate the cashier. Not because I didn’t get free coffee, it was her error, and very common in business to make a concession for such a blunder. It’s been years since I’ve been to Starbucks, being Thanksgiving I was desperate. I will never return

Worst one I've been to. Repeated my order 3 times at drive thru...then got the wrong order....waited 7 min in drive thru

The drive through barista girl, Jennifer was very rude and our drinks took way too long. Then my coffee was so hot I couldn't even hold it even with sleeve on it. I felt ignored and when I asked how much longer ,she was very rude in her response. And then asked for a manager to provide me the drink at the window and no one even acknowledged the long wait time...we were the only customers when I pulled up and by time I left there were 4 cars behind us. Usually staff at Starbucks are almost over friendly but this one I won't be visiting again .

Good coffee

Slow, rude barista who ignored me, and then told me to "bear with her" while I waited more. I was the only person anywhere near this store, so it was not other customers. Ordered a black iced coffee, and she mindlessly asks if I need room for cream, then asks if I need sugar. Please replace with a robot. There is a "real" starbucks across the street too. I couldn't believe that I squeezed a "you're welcome" out of her at the end.
