I was told I couldn't use my starbucks app, and lost out on a little over 40 points. Then I was given a watered down lemonade, to which I was told that the company is telling employees to add water to light ice drinks to save money. I visit Starbucks a couple of times a week and have never heard that. Last time I go here.

Ya know... expensive coffee 'n stuff. For some reason, it's an "event" for the kids. Guess they like the cake pops and weird sodas.
So grateful for great customer service and this place has one employee that not only myself but my son look forward to going to this specific location because of this employee. Nathan is always very polite and accommodating with drinks. I know it’s a pain to try to make Keto drinks and at least 60% of Starbucks employees have been very rude when asking for certain drinks. No matter what time it is Nathan is ALWAYS in a good and happy attitude. Definitely our go to Starbucks location ?
