This location is always so fast with the orders (both drive through and in store) and the energy with the morning team is always amazing! Great way to start the day.

I don’t usually come to this location because I live on the other side of town. But I do come here and today April 6th because the one by my house was extremely busy. I came to to this one on main and they were busy too. So, I walked my lazy butt in. I really love the staff here. There are really nice, they addressed me by my name and not ma’am. A++ customer service! Great job Starbucks team 10087!
It's just ungodly slow, and we went when it wasn't busy. 15 minutes for 2 cold drinks. Drinks were tasty and the staff was friendly though.
I'm glad this Starbucks has survived the pandemic (unlike our favorite SBUX in Loveland). Whenever I'm in Longmont -- usually for lunch at Sushi Hana -- my last stop is this oasis of coffee happiness. On a nice day, the outdoor tables complete the experience.
Some new coffees and new tasting smoothies/coffee. Of course is expensive as always. and their breakfast did not improved.
If i could give this place a lower rating than 1 star i would. Asked if a drink that came out today had dairy in the syrup they use for the toasted vanilla oatmilk and the girl at the register did not know and didnt even try to check for herself, so we asked for her to check. And instead she asked, instead of checking the syrup bottle they use for the ingredients they plainly said “i would imagine so…” instead of just simply checking… i love starbucks but this location at the time i went was definitely not what you would call a good time.
I ordered four drinks for my coworkers and they all turned out great that they were super fast
I love the crew, just wish they would listen when ordering...I asked for a iced drink, received it hot (They were busy, so I can understand) I'm going to continue to drink it, since I paid for it. But this isn't the first time.
My family and my brother's family drove from to two different towns on a Sunday to meet at the Lingmont Starbucks on Main Street. We placed orders at 4:10. At 4:20 once we were seated, an employee came to tell us they would be closing their lobby soon even though the sign says they are open until 8pm. Then, proceeded to stand by us at the door at 4:30 staring at us until we left. We found this extremely rude especially considering that there was no warning when we walked in and we were trying to gather as a family and chose this location because of the hours posted. It was also handled in poor taste. Won't be back - there are plenty of coffee shops to choose from2 stars because drinks were good as always
Staff are great! Always clean and great atmosphere.
