Their baristas are hard working, sociable people that put in the utmost effort to make sure you’re getting the best service and experience from your visit here. I know that the ingredients are the same at every location, but this Starbucks makes the most incredible white mocha that I’ve ever ordered from their franchise. Definitely 10/10
Their drive-thru is one of the friendliest Starbucks in the area. Only wish there was more parking in the lot and a larger amount of space for the drive-thru. Pick-up orders through my app all the time and I usually walk-in. Easy, quick process, ready in less than 10 and right on my way to work. They have upsized me once or twice when an order was incorrect, which was an unexpected surprise. Not the greatest atmosphere for sitting and drinking inside since it's overly crowded inside these days, but it's definitely my go-to spot for picking up coffee (and also protein boxes, breakfast sandwiches, and scones).

Flies inside the counters, and the night manager does not show any regard for the job or customer service. I live nearby, and have consumed thousands of coffee cups and meals.Today I picked up my order, and my usual Grande Capuccino was filled just 30%, almost empty! I returned to this location to speak to the manager about the ridiculous amount. It was at 7:45 pm and the manager look and talk unapologetic and clueless, with a nasty attitude. Everyone in my family is going to avoid this place from now on until this is resolved My wife asked her name so we can take note, and she said she did not have to give anyone her name......this is in the corner of Ken Pratt and South Parkway in Longmont. When we mentioned we are not coming back, she said she did not care. We truly hope corporate fixes this.
The employees at this location are some of the most friendly, warm people I’ve encountered at any Starbucks ever (and I’m from the Pacific NW, so that’s saying something)! I usually stop on my way to work around 7:15 and there’s hardly ever a line. I do notice later in the morning, the line can back up clear into the road which is a bit of a traffic hazard, but it typically moves pretty quickly. Again, the customer service at this Starbucks is top tier!
Been here 2x at 5:05 a.m. after working all night. Both times they said they would be opening late, because of some excuse. It appears we are not opening when we should, because we are not ready? I will wait till 6am for OZO.
Friendly Staff, fast service. The parking can be challenging as they are very limited and it’s almost always full. The neighboring business do not allow for any Starbucks patron parking.
I'm not a coffee drinker. Wish I could have ordered a diet Coke.
Friendly staff, quick to make orders, and very eager to help and teach customers. Drive thru can get backed up and parking is slim. Mobile ordering is a good consideration for this location.
