Coffee is ambrosia. This location is my favorite. They get my drink right the most often lol.
I went through the drive-through to save time and that did not end up being the case. The barista accidentally made me a Venti and I ordered a grande pistachio latte with a triple shot. I do this because I do not like a milky latte. They gave me a Venti with a triple shot which was too milky so I went inside to have them fix my order. I politely asked for the correction and the barista at the counter seemed highly annoyed and very rudely huffed as he made my latte. He asked the drive through barista what the order was and she told him a triple grande latte. I then piped in with the correct order of triple grande pistachio latte. Of course I ended up getting a latte without the pistachio flavoring that I paid for. I didn’t want to waste anymore time so I left with another incorrect order. Listen to your customers please.
I ordered a Venti and it felt light so I opened the cup. It's more like a Grande. It appears I'm not the only one who's getting shorted either. Every time I come here it's always something.
The drinks were fine but the service was not. They could not figure out how to use points and didn't care
I ordered a coffee and a bottle of water thru the drive thru.The woman apologized and said they did not have coffee…..She offered me an americano.This is not coffee.That is why they have different names.Get it?Americano andCoffee.Two different things.She then apologized and said they DID have coffee.She gave me my coffee ( though I’m sure it’s an americano.)No water.I asked for my bottle of water.She came back with Tap water.I told her I ordered a bottle of water.She said “but this is free!”I know it’s free.But I wanted a bottle of water.I paid for it.Bottle of waterOrTap water.CoffeeOrAmericano .The worst experience I have had in a long time.Do you train your employees?Do they know what coffee is?Do they know what water is?Do they have a manager?HmmmDo NOT go here.OrIf you doBeware

This location is always closing early. Website says open til 9pm but they will close at 6pm 7pm. This happens on a regular basis. They do not uphold Thier hours as posted on site or on Thier web page. Management might want to reconsider who they have in closing shifts! I understand every now and then do to unforseen things happening. But all the time. Come on. It's like 4 days out of the week if not more.
I went to get coffee before work and it felt a little empty so I opened the cup, My coffee was half gone so technically I should have only been charged for a tall not a grande…what a rip off
Cold Brew is so INCONSISTENT! Either super bitter, too weak, or taste like a straight Americano or just a iced coffee… My same drink I order almost everyday, (Vancrm Cold Brew) is never the same when I come here.
