This place was sweet and the workers at tonight 1/19/2022 were every friendly. And just a note for the big boss a speaker that want not attached to anything fell from the ceiling and could have hit ur employees that's not Kool at all they need to fix that
Starbucks has their cranberry cream cheese winter dessert again. Really yummy.
I ordered an iced matcha latte and last time I went they mistakenly used milk instead of almond milk (I have a milk allergy). I asked them today if they put used almond milk and they literally mocked me as we were driving away. Please do better. This isn’t high school.
Good service, the tall guy with brown hair working at the register was very polite. The turkey basil pesto was pretty expensive, but good.
Sonya iyeah it's a great manager I didn't see her today. She has a new crew the one guy that worked there took my order and overcharge me and ask for a refill and isn't he just charged me the same thing for the original order and then I waited over 5 minutes was late for work but the other person supervising made it right and and compensated My time and energy so I'm grateful for that
Drive through-line is extremely hazardous. There's cars spilling into the intersection because they all try to squeeze in. Its extremely dangerous & every single morning I have to drive around the Starbucks cars that spill into my lane. I am forcrd to drive into the opposite lane of traffic to get around or have to wait for the car ahead of me to give me room. Something needs to be done. The store however is great. The staff has always been so kind.

The gal who took my order yesterday evening (Hispanic) had a bad attitude. Hope she can find a job that doesn’t involve customer service. On the other hand, the girl at the window is super nice.
I’m sick of this location being out of Splenda and blaming it on “shortages”. There is a King Soopers in your parking lot with BOXES of Splenda, go buy some and I’ll start getting coffee here again.
The gal who took my order must’ve been different than the one who took payment in the drive through, because I’ve never had poorer customer service in my life. The gal who took my order was friendly and offered advice on what to get. The one who was at the window, on the other hand, was not having a good day - clearly. I pulled up my app and loaded it with $20. I handed her my phone to scan and it beeps then processed. She then goes “looks like you owe your full total.” I then replied with “weird… my app says there is $20 on there; I just reloaded it.” To which she replied, “I don’t really care what your app says. You owe the money.” Well… ok then. Here’s to you, Ms. Starbucks Karen. I hope you find a job you do love and one of which ISN’T in customer service. Smh.
