Man where do I start... food is ok soggy buns took almost 30 minutes to get my right order through drive through and I was first in line...
Order was wrong. Burger was cold and dry. Cheese wasn't even melted. And the burger tasted like it had freezer burn. Won't be back
About whar you'd expect, but food quality and service can be hit or miss. Unfortunately, you may experience issues with your bill/order due to staff or the equipment used to communicate with them.
This sonic is the best. They're always so friendly and quick. They've never made any mistakes on our orders and they're milkshakes are truly the best.
Ordered a Lg Cherry Limeade. Had issues with the unintelligible disabled man at the window. He took my payment after 10 minutes of waiting in the drive thru for 1 car in front of me who ordered 3 drinks. When I got to pay the man couldn't speak intelligibly, ask me what I ordered. After having to decipher what he was saying he took my card. Took another card from his pocket and put them together. I have a feeling that it may have been a card reader. (canceling my card as we speak) I asked again for a Cherry Limeade. Took a drink after leaving and it wasn't what I ordered. It had Strawberry in it. I called and they weren't any help. Offered for me to come back and sit the ridiculous drive thru line again. I already spent a total of 15 minutes in the line total, and everyone in front of me had drinks, no food. Horrible service and experience. If it didn't cost more then the drink I would dispute with my bank.
What happened to the food at Sonic? It tastes completely different than it used to and not in a good way.
READ REVIEW!! Super gross!! Was on the road and needed food. Had to keep traveling or I would have gone back!! Carlsbad, NM to here, to get frozen tots and soggy corn dog!! Really? Then you referring me too the customer service line...? Who was way more helpful. Thanks for passing me off and don't want to take responsibility foe your own actions!! GREAT JOB!! Side note... Ordered a mini Oreo& Reese's master shake from the menu, listed at$3.29. The employee charged me for extra Reese's at$3.88. I explained that I didn't want extra Reese's, I just wanted the menu item as seen in this picture. They told me they can't make price adjustments, and I explained that I didn't want a price adjustment, I just wanted them to honor the menu price. The manager came out to my car, where I pointed out what I wanted and the price. The manager got pretty nasty at that point, told me he was charging what he wanted, scared my kids and said he was denying me service. (Literally, as we were driving away, my kids said, "That was really scary.") Won't be returning.Pro-tip: The employees at Culvers are always super polite. I have even seen them have the patience of saints with truly belligerent people (I can promise that I am not one). They also have the same shakes. We got bigger ones that ended up actually being cheaper than Sonic because of a promotion they were running. Save yourself some irritation and go to Culvers.Response to owner: I did ask this employee for the customer service number, and he told me "No, I'm not giving you that, you can come here and talk to the owner tomorrow." Thank you for providing the number, which I also found online, along with a customer service email page that I utilized. It's not so much the 60c that I felt needed to be reported, but the anger management issues this man had. I appreciate the quick response, but I still will not be coming back.
Really fast service, friendly and patient staff, drinks were fantastic as they normally are.
Friendly staff, quick service, good food. That new big dill burger is phenomenal!
