I’ve never been disappointed going here. Great food, great waitstaff, even when they are short handed, things are quick. If you haven’t been here, you are missing out.

I had the taco salad which came not in a bowl but over a bed of tortilla chips. It was yummy and the chips made a nice change because I always feel a little guilty about eating the taco bowl. Like it's not quite healthy enough. I have to laugh at my brain sometimes.

Anyone who knows the Santiago's name, knows about their food. Fantastic breakfast burritos, great lunch, and their world famous green chili sauces. When I make a trip to Colorado, Santiago's is on the top of the list for me.

The food here is ok just not spectacular, prices are decent though and the service was pretty good.

This was my first time here. Food was Great. Service was Great. Most affordable Mexican food in town! I will definitely be back Soon!

The biggest best tasting chile rellano I've ever had. The hot flavor was indeed green chile wonderful. The place was very clean, you could smell the flavors ?,... aaaah like my Mom's house coming home from school you could smell the aroma and know something great was going to be for dinner.Thank you ?.

Loved getting burritos once a week since our office is a 3 minute walk, and until recently, the best burrito for the money we could find anywhere. Sometime in February, we noticed our regular order of breakfast burritos were significantly smaller. Thinking maybe it was a bad day, we shrugged it off until the next 3 orders were all the same, about half the size of what they used to be. We would prefer paying a higher price to get the burritos we grew to love. Weekly routine has been placed on hold until we find a replacement breakfast or the burritos return to their glory days.

I like this is very best Mexican restaurant we've been in a long time bury clean Friendly Foods good generous portions and you don't have to use a credit card to pay for

Best breakfast burritos around hands down! The staff is super nice and pleasant. It can get crowded so just be aware if trying to grab and go a burrito in a rush. Might have to wait a bit

Megan was terrible. Tried to charge us for a drink she “forgot” to bring us. Santiago’s no longer has competent staff or good food.I highly suggest paying slightly more to eat at a better restaurant
