Apparently this is the new hunan chicken. Wow! With breading and no vegetables. They said the changed their recipe and due to inflation they have removed vegetables. No mention of it anywhere. Apparently you shouldn't make online orders since you get what you get. You have to call and ask questions to make sure what recipe you ordered matches what you have ordered for years. Customer service is very poor! No manager to talk to to help with the inaccurate order and you get disconnected while waiting. Then call back to have someone answer who could care less and just the blame game if it's my fault for not calling and asking. Really horrible experience. NEVER GOING BACK!
The sauces for our meal were not included plus only 1 pan cake for puchu pork .Things are definitely no the same as it was, Such a shame. The food is good
Very good food and a good amount of food for the price. They only had one server to handle the whole place by himself. The Pao Pao platter was larger then we expected and we were mostly full by the time we got to our food. The only negative about the food was the wings were a little hard and the egg drop soup was a little bland.
We order for delivery and they forgot out Sweet and Sour sauce. I had to go pick it up. The rest of meal was so hard and looked like it was sitting too long. I will not be back.for paying 53.00 very disappointing. Will go back to Tasty Asia.
I've been eating here for about 30 years now. It's been my family's go to Chinese restaurant since I was a teenager. But the last couple times the food has been different and not in a good way. The lunch I ordered not long ago was so bad I threw it away and when we wanted Chinese more recently we ate at another place because I couldn't bring myself to spend $60+ and have it taste like the lunch. Hopefully it's a food chain thing because of Covid and things will get back to normal soon.
Really good food but I left my debit card there underneath this folder that the reception was using. I asked and called and came by three times before I finally found it myself thanks for looking ..... not
Went there last night for dinner. It was delicious!! Their egg drop soup is my favorite. Loved the crab cheese wontons too! Jack the server is so nice and attentive!
I went and ordered takeout this afternoon. While the staff who took my order was gracious and kind, the food leaves much to be desired.. the chicken is overcooked and there are lots of grissly pieces that i cant eat. The white rice is hard and burnt. And the egg rolls don’t taste good. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
Disappointing Carry-Out. We ate here for years. Nothing like it used to be.One person wanted sweet and sour chicken, but she hates green peppers - even the food that had been touching the pepper. Because of that requested no peppers. Request made it to receipt but not to kitchen. Big chunks of pepper on top plus on bottom. Called restaurant, that was more disappointment. They expected us to eat nothing but instead bring entire meal back (not just defective entrée). Aaargh!
I normally do not write reviews, especially bad ones, but I feel compelled to do so today. My husband & I stopped in for lunch since we had been here before several years ago & remembered having liked it. Don’t know if it has changed ownership but the food was terribly disappointing. I ordered cashew chicken which did not have a single cashew in it but tons of useless celery. The pork fried rice was bland, had no flavor and did not have any pork or egg in it. The egg roll was inedible. My husband ordered a dish with some sort of tempura chicken & shrimp but all he was given was chicken, not a single piece of shrimp. All in all a completely dissatisfying meal & we will not be returning.
