Best pizza in Colorado, hands down. As a NY transplant, I’ve been struggling to find good pizza. This place tops the list. Great sauce, good size slices, not too doughy, cooked well done. The atmosphere is also great, with all of the music/festival posters and old world pizza places. 10/10 recommend.
We loved eating on the back patio. The atmosphere is cozy, relaxed, airy, quaint and comfy! The food is delicious!!
Authentic NY pizza. Thin but perfectly crisp on the bottom. Excellent sauce. Addictive. I have to go in every Saturday now and get the slice special with a beer. The place is always packed. The back patio is fun and nice too.
The best pizza in town!! ❤️ We craved for it once a week.I am from Newyork and their pizza really come close to Ny pizza. The owner is awesome (Aimee and her husband) as well as the rest of the employees.Great service all the way ?Ken and Liza McNeely
The best little pizzeria in Longmont! The garlic knots were amazing and the pizza was absolutely perfect. You can choose from a square, Detroit-ish style (which is what we had) or the round NY style (which is what we'll get on our next trip). The pizza was delicious, and the pepperoni were extra crispy, just like we love them! There is a cute little street side dining section, right on Main Street; a comfortable and casual indoor dining section, and a wonderful homey, fairygarden-like back patio, where we joyfully sat and enjoyed our meal. I visited with my sons who were thrilled with the food and ambiance. The pizzas are huge and we had more than enough to eat, with plenty left over for lunch the next day. I highly recommend Rosalee's for a nice, casual evening out with family.
If you’re looking for New York pizza look no further. We won’t be going anywhere else!! We got the sausage knots and a large round pie half cheese half pepperoni and it was 10/10 so good!! Absolutely delicious!
Rude, obnoxious staff that treat customers like inferiors. And the food is extremely overpriced and overrated. Low quality ingredients and employees
Started off with Garlic Knots which were delicious (we wanted the garlic knots stuffed with sausage unfortunately they had just run out). Pretty good pizza. We (4 off us) ordered two different pies and should have just got one to be honest since they are pretty big. We liked the thin crust more than the Sicilian. Thin crust was a New York style (only issue I had with it was there wasn't alot of sauce). The Sicilian was very tasty and had a good amount of sauce with roasted garlic cooked into it but it was so much bread/dough that it was too filling. Like I said they were large pizzas so we'll have leftovers for a few days since we ate less than half of what we ordered. We'd definitely try it again though. Only minor complaints they didn't have diet soda for one of our party that's unable to drink regular soda and they didn't have ranch dip or marinara to dunk crust or the appetizer in. Also the limited seating was a pain as we got sat at a 12 person table with people we didn't know and were not very friendly and probably a little too drunk. Also the wait staff wasn't overly friendly nor did they keep up with refills or have helpful recommendations and forgot our adult beverages completely (but made good on them eventually).
We had heard rave reviews about rosalees. We went and it wasn’t too busy, got a seat at the bar. Ordered a smaller pizza (the one with white sauce and we added pepperoni) took a good 45+ plus to get the pizza, they did tell us it was taking awhile so that’s really okay! The pizza was huge! But I honestly wasn’t blown away. It was good, and a lot of food for the price! But I thought it was going to be way more memorable than it was. Also - I got an insane rush and it was bad. Maybe it was not refrigerated or it was old, but it was not good at all.
Their pizza and garlic knots are delicious!!! Dont even get me started on the pudding! The owners are fantastic and treat their awesome staff so well. I especially love the patrons!!! Its like home, but better!
