Wow, haven't been here since the covid lockdown, two years! Audrey took care of me perfectly and gave me the perfect experience also. The burger and fries were cooked to perfection and the beer was super cold and inviting with the frosty glass. Thank you for giving me my money's worth! She was also training Sam, who is a GREAT addition to the team! Thanks again.

HORRIBLE experience. Waitress was MIA after orders were taken. My "brisket" (almost no brisket) chips were served ICE cold TWICE and the manager never apologized once. Bacon cheese dip was also ice cold and when reserved it was less than half the size of the original. Another in my party, after complaining that the Black and Bleu was extremely messy and had no Bleu cheese was told with a SNIDE attitude that the burger comes with cheese sauce and is messy. Didn't apologize. Didn't offer a discount despite loud complaints until we were literally storming out of the building after arguing with the manager. Paid full price for terrible service and cold/incomplete food. Will never return.

With All the stuff going on in The worlld I'm so glad I still get my free birthday burger! ?Son loved his Bacon cheeseburger. I loved My scorpion Burger with onion rings. Gotta try The campfire sauce it's tasty. Great service.
Fast service and decent food. Lemonade was a little expensive but was bottomless. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. The chicken wrap was very good.
Staff and service was great. Very charismatic and fun. Drinks and shakes are great! Our burgers tasted burnt and very dry so that was kinda sad... But we enjoyed ourselves overall! The appetizers were GREAT!
I went yesterday to have dinner with my family, including the baby, my dogThe staff was so amazing and caring. They immediately got my puppy water, customized his burger and came to pet him.Food was great.If you want to have a meal with your puppy, this is the Place to go and enjoy good food
We ordered the new brisket burger. Because hubby recently had gastric bypass surgery we shared it. With no bun. Service was good, but kitchen staff didn't do so well they forgot the brisket. They did bring it out to us. Hubby liked the few garlic fries that he was able to eat. It was kinda pricey though we shared one burger and hubby drank water. We ended up paying about 25.00 for one meal.
I never could imagine a burger or simple chicken sandwich costing $ 17.00. not worth the expense. My side dish was wrong, they gave me potato wedges. So I took the sandwich out placed it on a condiment plate. Had them take the potatoes away. I had to request a plate when they brought me my onion rings. They only give you forks. So I stirred my coffee with my fork. They brought me a teaspoon. And my friends that ordered tea, only got straws to stir sugar with. Where is the silverware?
Felt ignored/overlooked from the moment we entered (only 2 waiting to be seated- 4 staff members passed by as we stood in entrance).Though food arrived quickly after ordered, fries were overcooked. My meal was lukewarm and the "onion straws" were tiny greasy bits of batter & onion. We had no napkins or silverware & only one beverage was brought (in a timely manner)...but in a dirty cup. Since our waiter did not check back, I walked up to the bar to get silverware, napkins and a new beverage in a clean cup. Disappointing. Wouldn't revisit.
