Relatively healthy, and very tasty? I appreciate that the servers accommodate individual preferences (I like extra bell peppers). And when they make a mistake, they are gracious and immediate about fixing it.
Just kids working here and even worse the manager is just a kid who could care less. I went in for a refund because they didn't provide me with utensils on a door dash delivery which made the food useless cause we couldn't eat it with our hands. So I went in the store and this kid manager couldn't care less. Just for my records I asked him to write his name on my receipt. He writes with a bad pen and you couldn't even read what he wrote. I said please you have to do better than that. He said no. That's the best I can do. I was like seriously?? I said ok can you write your managers name on it?? He said nope.. thats all I can do. I really didn't think this was a big deal. I just wanted a name so I could make sure there were no issues with my refund.. but no... don't expect much here. Nobody cares about anything. If Qdoba wants to hire kids to run their stores than this is what your going to get. I cringe to think of the food prep. I don't wanna know..drive on past...
I always Get the Taco Salad in a crispy bowl with chicken and the fixings! Meal was good but the lettuce had a funny taste to it maybe old? Staff was fast and friendly!! Restaurant was clean and tidy!
If I could give it lower stars, I would. This is now the second time I have ordered for pickup/curbside and both times it's proven too difficult for whoever is working there to follow thru on simple tasks. I placed an online order and asked for curbside for a reason. Both times I have arrived for my pickup the food is not ready, and this time I sat in the car for 15 mins before I went in to get my order, which was not ready, even 15 mins past the time I "checked in" and told the store I was there.Try and follow simple tasks next time, Qdoba. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately for me, it won't be my order you screw up again. Will never return to this location. I'm usually easy to please and have a high tolerance with patience, so if I'm this annoyed I know it's bad.
We thought seasoning seemed off and later it cause digestive issues for everyone I went with when we all ordered different proteins. Might be a temping issue
Came in this morning for a breakfast burrito, and two of the employees weren't wearing masks.As much as I love Qdoba, I'd rather go somewhere that meets county health standards.
Employee making burrito was constantly grabbing mask to pull back over nose. Touching your mask repeatedly with your serving gloves defeats the purpose of both.
I got the burrito bowl ? with bacon ? and chorizo,potatoes, egg, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, spicy queso. Was tasty.
Zack and Josh showed excellent care and enthusiasm it what they do. The food was great and it was an awesome experience. Thanks for providing awesome customer service!
