Today we order one large traffic jam pizza and one proto medium, but very disappointed. Pizza is very dry, taste bad, traffic jam pizza not much toppings at all for $27 one large name pizza. It’s the first time but last time.
Heard good things about this place - was very disappointed. The two stars are for the fresh cheese and sauce...where they fall short is the dough and finished result. First off, the pizza was cooked unevenly. On the top part of the pizza, one half was charred and the other half was undercooked. On the underside, the dough was chewy throughout and was almost completely uncooked... this leads me to think that the oven is not doing its job properly, and the cooks are not rotating the pizza since the heat source is clearly coming from only one side of the oven. The ingredients were quality, clearly, but I can't imagine that any of these cooks have any idea how to properly cook a pizza. It was floppy with zero consistency. You could make finger marks in the dough by poking a finger in it... Anyone who says this is great pizza clearly doesn't know great pizza. Will not be back.
Awesome food and place. We are never disappointed and look forward to pizza night.
The pizza is pretty good. It is more of a gourmet type pizza. We ordered two pizzas and a Cesar salad. The salad was one of the worst I've ever had. I'd probably avoid the salad but the pizza is good.
Cocktails were a rip off. We ordered the Roman with red onions however there was no red onions on them. When asked they just sprinkled some red onions on top of already baked pizza. Pizza themselves were average and nothing great about it.
First time here and I’ll be back. Got a couple salads and a medium Atomica pizza. That’s all the little lady and I needed. Got here at about 3pm on a Saturday and had the place to ourselves. We’ll be back, keep up the great food and service.
Great service and better pies! I've been to several Proto's pizza shops and it's most amazing to me how the quality is top notch regardless of location. Great work, will be back with more friends.
Food has changed since I was last there. I love pizza in all types and places. Proctor's left me wanting what was before rather than now. Give it a try if you are in Longmont.
The pizza was awesome, what a great little place!
Nice thin crust pizza and always ready for pickup.
