It was in and out, not much to say. The cashier was nice and the sandwich bought was fast to come. I still didn't check it
Staff was friendly. The food was really greasy, the nuggets were fatty and the spicy strips weren't spicy at all and very undercooked. Pink. $20 of inedible 'food'. The mac and cheese was great!
I only give the stars for the food I did get!! First of all my 11 piece tender was overly cooked, very dry and hard to eat. Second I was missing my biscuits. They would have replaced the tenders and given me my biscuits IF I had gotten a receipt. I was hu g up on!! So I called the Firestone store(119) asking for cooperate number and was hung up on again. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
This place is very hit and miss, and the service goes between ok and terrible. It's not uncommon to pull up a half hour before they close and they will tell you that they don't have anything at all. Out of everything a half hour before closing. Sure you are.I highly recommend driving to the one in Firestone which is 10 times better.
The employees were fantastic. Unfortunately the popeye's app allowed me to order things that they no longer carried. What they provided in exchange was more than adequate. I was very impressed that they were more concerned about feeding the number of people, not just a value exchange.
Good food, clean store, nice staff, order was correct.They are short staffed so we waited a bit for our food, but everyone is short staffed these days.
Pretty sure I just got food poisoning from here today. I had the chicken sandwich and fries and I couldn’t even finish the fries because they were cold and tasted like old grease. About 2 hours later I was horribly sick to my stomach and ended up throwing up. Not ever going back here again
Food was not fresh, sat under heat lamps too long.
Chicken was good , but the coleslaw had no flavor ( KFC is best) rolls , hard as a brick , even if u nook for 5 sec , have ur drink ready cuz those biscuits r hard to swallow ! And the mash tators , don't! When we got our order it looked like the tators were over cooked , had a dry crisp topping ..( over cooked) just nasty looking..
This is the worst Popeyes ever. If I had to rate this I would have to give it a -5. I had popcorn shrimp and it was over cooked and almost to hard to eat. Susan had a spicy chicken sandwich and the bun was hard and the chicken was under the heat lamps too long. We both ordered mash potatoes with gravy (Susan ordered a large mashed and I ordered a regular mashed)plus extra gravy we both got regular mashed and almost no gravy on the potatoes only one extr gravy and see what their idea of extra gravy(see picture to see their idea of extra gravy). If I got anymore gravy they would give me 4 of those portion cups but they would have to charge me for them. The music that you could hardly hear your conversation. Most of the tables were dirty and the floor was filthy. I have never been to another Popeyes that was like this. Will never go heret
