This review is based solely on the food as I did not dine in but had a friend who was kind enough to get me food to go. This is my first time at Pinocchio's and might I say it was absolutely incredible! The pizza rolls were absolutely perfect a crispy outside layer packed full with warm gooey cheese. I do realize it's pretty hard to mess up a pizza roll, but they really nailed it. I also like to point out that it was a very bold move to name your restaurant with "Incredible" in it, but the follow-through to seal the deal makes this an excellent choice. And for that Pinocchio's Incredible Italian, we thank you!

Anahid greeted us with in 2 min. Did every step of the 12 steps of exceptional service. The drinks were cold and fruity sangria made perfect.Amazing service and food was delicious and prepared perfectly. Fresh saladGarlic bread amazing and spaghetti and marinara best ever .food was huge portions. Dessert menu was tempting. We was so full from dinner. We will for sure try dessert next time.

Loved the pictures of real photographs. Food was delicious. Bread sticks were the best I ever ate. Service was spot on!!

We moved from Colorado to Tennessee 6 years ago. We came back for a vacation and thought we would pop in to get a good Italian meal before heading back to Tennessee. Our wait staff brought us our bread without quarter plates. Then brought our soups and salads. We waited for quite awhile, didn't check on us at all or take away the dishes. When she finally brought us our cold food, it was placed and she left us. I wanted another glass of wine and a soft drink for my granddaughter. She saw me wave at her but she chose to ignore me. I waved at another different person who in turn informed her that I called for her. I could see that she was explaining something to him, and then she came over. When I asked for another glass of wine and refill for my granddaughter she made a rather curt sound to indicate her annoyance. She made us feel like she wanted us out of there Pronto! We are tired travelers and maybe dressed casually buy we are still customers. None of us actually enjoyed our meals because of this horrible experience. I didn't even want to leave a tip. I usually give a 25% tip everywhere we eat at but not here.

A better name for this place would be In-Edible Italian. Sauces are sweet, gloopy and overly salty, stale bread sticks with tons of garlic salt, the food is just really not good. The leftovers have been sitting in our fridge for days now - no one is interested. Service is good, that I will say.

The lunch we had was very good and the prices were reasonable. The waitress was very busy taking care of numerous tables, but always had time to attend to us. very good

This restaurant is worth all 5 stars! A Longmont gem! Food is delicious and always satisfies. Call ahead or reserve online to get a table during peak times as the waits can be long but worth it. Their Best Ever artichoke dip is really the best ever! I've also tried their Mozz Moons and Pepperoni Rolls, both of which are melt-in-your-mouth amazing! Garden salad is simple, but one of my favorites. The Best of Both Worlds (a bit of marinara and alfredo and breaded chicken with pasta) is my go-to and I'd highly recommend. And they have a great dessert selection so save room (I'd recommend tiramisu or apple crisp). We go here frequently, especially when family is in town.

Absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, they have a ton of drink options, and our waitress went above and beyond to take care of us.

This was our fist time here and we ate an early dinner. The food is delicious and we deffinitely need to come back and try something else.
